I will introduce myself. My name is Neal Robbins and I have just
joined this group. I posted a few messages today. Paleontology and
archaeology have been long term interests of mine. I presently do
Arabic translation for an online organization called Babel.
The archaeology postings that I will make will mainly be on Middle
Eastern archaeology. I have been to the Middle East twice. The first
time was while I was in the Air Force. I did a tour of duty in Turkey
for one year, July of 1981 to July of 1982. The second time was as a
civilian; I was an English teacher in Saudi Arabia during the latter
part of 1999 and the very early part of 2000.
In conjunction with some of the Middle Eastern archaeology messages
that I will post, there will be some e-mails on ancient mythology.
