This group was created to combat the intensely commercial writing & publishing worlds that threaten to make extinct the production of classic literature. We are dedicated to the preservation of valuable literary fiction. Literature that is timeless in it's appeal and contains social commentary and/or promotes social change. If you are a serious writer whether you are published or a novice,regardless of race, nationality, gender, age or creed, I invite you to join this group and help to make popular the reading and writing again of valuable allegorical literature, and the use of those literary devices which make this genre so powerful. Please DO NOT join my group if you are writing a romance novel, for example the e.j. dickeyytes, or danielle steelytes, etc..there are plenty of groups for that writing this is NOT one of them!!! Not that I am against that, it's just that there are more than enough groups for romance/erotica. This group is for these writers who now, unfortunately, are an endangered species.
