Pfft! I'm not about to experiment with wine in my food! Besides,
the only thing worse than a bottle of wine in my home is an OPEN
bottle of wine in my home! The fumes make me sick.
Thanks for the suggestion, though. I know that wine is often used
for cooking, but... no thanks!
