My name is Ed. I'm 26 and I just moved to Gig Harbor from Portland.
I'm having a hard time meeting people here. It's a lot different than
Portland. I'm a pretty confident guy and I'm a dork, so I have no
problem starting a conversation with a girl, but I haven't started
many conversations that I really want to finish. Of course the girls
are hot, but inside they're not. I know that the kind of girl I want
to meet isn't going to be out at the bar etc. She's going to be home
with her friends/family watching movies or playing games or doing
other activities. It may be a girl in this group, or it may not be,
but if not, then hopefully somebody in this group will tell a friend
