To clarify: Yes, I do sometimes go to singles groups at my church but it’s not like I’m going to be edified by Christ.

Wayne, if I simply take your second paragraph in your original email and delete the word “Christian” it’s almost as though I’m reading a PR blurb for “Events and Adventures.”   I, personally, don’t see much of a difference between the two except one is labeled as Christen and one isn’t.  

Again, that’s just my personal opinion.  :)

Dang, really??  Has this actually been your personal experience, or is
it just your impression of singles groups from stuff that you've
heard?  I've never actually seen what you described in any of the
Christian singles groups that I've been to.
