PNCC is the Punjab provincial chapter of Pakistan NGOs Forum (PNF) a representative body of the non-governmental organizations at the national level. The PNF has four provincial chapters for Punjab, Sindh, NWFP and Balochistan and a fifth chapter of Rawalpindi and Islamabad based NGOs.

PNCC Yahoo Group gives activists an opportunity to ask questions, initiate debates, share data and exchange information about civil society activates / actions, useful texts and films, innovative courses, current research, funding sources, building Development Studies graduate programs, problems that NGOs encounter etc. PNCC Yahoo group objectives are to unite civil society actors; to preserve and defend the cultural heritage, indigenous mitigation techniques and the socio economic fabric; to foster understanding between NGOs, CBOs. and Donors; to educate people about sustainable development, environment and right to choose and say.
