Hi,
Not sure if this will help or not, but it sounds as if
alternative medicine might be the way for your friend to approach this
situation. While alternative medicine may not always be the cheepest
form of cure, it definitely solves many of the medication issues.
Acupressure or acupuncture sound like they might work very well for the
symptoms and conditions that your friend is having.
As far as finding low cost medical assistance, i would reccomend
asking the department of health or even churches and other cherities. Be
resourceful, and don't quit, hopefully your friend can find some comfort.
Hope this helps,
Randy George
