SAN DIEGO, CA -- September 2, 2008 -- Noted Gospel

sensation, Grammy nominee, and Stellar award winner

Luther Barnes (www.luther-barnes.com), who is also

featured regularly on Christian television networks, will

appear live in concert in San Diego, California on

Saturday, November 22, 2008. Mr. Barnes' appearance

will be at Bayview Baptist Church at 7:00 p.m., located

at 6126 Benson Ave, and there is no admission charge.

Long considered one of Gospel music's premier male

vocalists, Barnes recently added dimensions to his

repertoire through Off-Broadway stage performances as

well as his production of the Annual North Carolina Fall

Classic, which occurs the first week in October in Rocky

Mount, North Carolina.

Additionally, Mr. Barnes was ordained as a minister on

July 7, 2007 at Greater Saint Paul Holy Church in

Maple Hill, North Carolina.
