Welcome to the London Stansted Airport Yahoo Groups mailing list. This is a friendly group for aviation enthusiasts interested in Stansted Airport. We have been here since 1999 and have a large membership.

Requests for tie-ups are welcome, particularly if accompanied by a log. If you only have a tie-up request (without a log) please consider waiting two or three days before posting it - you may well find that one of the logs that is posted will answer your queries. Please don't post about overflights unless they are particularly interesting (many members find them annoying).

As well as movement reports, we also welcome on-topic posts regarding Stansted, such as timetables, aircraft due to visit, rumours, based aircraft news, viewing spots, security, new airlines, new routes, nostalgia etc.

Please don't post anything that is off-topic (e.g. virus warnings). Please don't send attachments (e.g. photos). Please don't use offensive language. And please be nice to other members!

If you want to post an advert (commercial or private), or post an aviation job vacancy, please clear this with the moderator first.

The photos, files and links sections are available for use by members, please feel free to upload Stansted related material to them.

Joining requests will be sent to the moderator for approval, and your first post will also have to be approved by the moderator. Sorry about this, and any delay it causes to the delivery of your first message, but the sole reason is to protect the list from spammers.
