This is an email distribution list for members of the Triathlon Club of San Diego for official club postings, member postings, and related topics of interest to club members.

Reject if Email:
1) presents competition to our sponsors or negative response to
sponsor services and products.(Direct member to sponsor representative
in case of the latter)
2) RSVP to event(Direct member to original email post)
3) covers topic addressed in the past 3 months(Direct member to
archive search)
4) is political or religious in purpose or promotes any party or
religion over another
5) is negative in nature towards another member.
6) is Off-Topic and unrelated to triathlon or injuries(Direct to
classifieds)

All other emails should be approved.

Exceptions: Good judgement is sometimes better than any rule, so if in
doubt, bounce an email off of the other moderators or the board before
approving or rejecting.
