This e-group is intended primarily for licensed providers of the Fast ForWord family of programs developed by Scientific Learning Corporation. It is for discussion of issues around administration of these programs, both privately and in public schools. This group operates independently of Scientific Learning Corporation, but individuals affiliated with the company may choose to participate. Parents or professionals who are considering Fast ForWord for their children or clients are welcome but are encouraged to first gain information from the Scientific Learning web site, www.scilearn.com. While Fast ForWord is the primary focus of the group, we are open to discussion of other innovative techniques for assessment and remediation of language and learning problems.
