This group is for parents and families in the greater U Street area in Washington, D.C. An online place for parents to connect, make new friends, find daycare, schools, pediatricians and a way to organize offline fun like special events or trips, playgroups, picnics, and other family fun in the neighborhood.

From time to time we also ask parents to support projects of the U Street Neighborhood Association (http://www.ustreet-dc.org) and our local Friends of Harrison Recreation Center (http://harrison.ustreet-dc.org) that work to make improvements for our neighborhood.
