Mastership, pages 139 to 147. The book is the result of automatic
writing through James Coyle Morgan (1908 � 1978) from the year 1970. The
book Jesus and Mastership is now published by Oakbridge University
Press, founded by Judith and Thomas Coates. Judith is also one of the
clearest channel for Jeshua (Jesus) today.

THE SOURCE OF FEAR
Fear is defined in Webster's dictionary as, "an unpleasant, sometimes strong
emotion caused by an anticipation or awareness of danger" or " anxious concern".
That may be true but from my experience in my therapy practice I would modify
that slightly. I think it more accurate to say that fear is an unpleasant,
sometimes strong emotion caused by the anticipation of "loss". It may be a loss
of health (disease or damage to the body) or it may be loss of face (damage to
the ego, pride, or image). It stands to reason then, that fear increases with an
increased attachment to the physical world. It increases as well with a
dependence on the approval of others. Fear is also more pervasive when there is
a lack of faith that we have greater significance in the universe than what we
own, or how others perceive us.

SIGNS OF FEAR



Fear is shown in many ways. Some show fear by withdrawing or by cowering (if you
never take a chance there is no risk of loss). The most profound examples of
fear are anger and hate..

Some people think that hate is the opposite of love. I disagree. Indifference is
the opposite of love. Hate and love are often closely knit. Someone who can
deeply affect your life can bring you loss therefore hate and love are often
intertwined.


Anger is the primary sign of fear. Those who act out their insecurities as anger
are the most fearful of all people. Often those who act "macho" or "bad" are
perceived as brave. Look past the fa�ade. Those who act with anger are deeply
immersed in fear. When two kids get in a fight, it is fear that spurs them on.
It may be fear of looking like a chicken to friends, or loosing their girlfriend
(or boyfriend), or it may be fear of physical harm. It is rare that fights occur
over reasonable issues. Fear is the catalyst that fuels anger.



THE EFFECTS OF FEAR

There are two areas to consider when contemplating the effects of fear on your
life. The first is the physical short term effect and the second is in how fear
effects your life in general.


Fear is more than a simply a mental state. If effects both the physiology of the
body and the chemical balance of the brain as well. When people are afraid it
generates stress. Extreme stress can manifest itself physically in a number of
ways. In extreme cases it can cause tunnel vision, loss of color perception
(color blindness), it can cause a distortion of both time and of depth
perception.


Want a good example of this. Often when someone is involved in a serious auto
accident they will describe these effects. They may say, "It was like everything
was in slow motion", or, "Everything was in black and white". What they are
describing is the effect of stress generated by fear. Fear (and the stress
generated by it) will raise blood pressure. It will also deplete the immune
system. Fear causes errors in judgment and prevents us from taking the most
reasonable course of action.


The long-term effect of fear can be more devastating than the short term. We are
all what we practice to be. If you practice baseball every day you will become a
good baseball player. If you practice carpentry every day you will become a good
carpenter. If you practice being happy every day, you will become happy. If you
practice fear (anger) every day, you will become a fearful and angry person.
People often train themselves to perpetuate these negative behaviors. There are
times when this behavior has been practiced for so long that the person is
unaware that they have a problem with fear and anger. It becomes their practiced
behavior for dealing with any challenge.

CASTING OUT FEAR

To cast out fear one must first get past the ego. More fear has been created as
a result of perceived or anticipated loss of face (ego) than was ever created
out of anticipation of loss of physical well being. A great deal of this fear is
a result of people's inability to prioritize. I always suggest that when someone
feels himself or herself getting angry that they ask "is this situation really
going to have any effect on the overall outcome of my life". In most cases, the
answer is no. Place you attention on what is truly valuable. Look at the bigger
picture. In this life we own nothing and no one belongs to us. I don't know who
first said it but I truly believe in the old saying, "let go of everything and
what remains is what is truly yours". When you are angry, stop and ask yourself
what you are afraid of. Only by being honest with yourself about what is causing
anger can you take back control of your life from fear and anger.


When I see the mindless things that we adults often argue over, I wonder who the
kids really are. Winning a meaningless and petty battle or point can cause you
to lose the war. Remember. "Never argue with an idiot. People watching can't
tell who is the idiot". In an argument or confrontation people often lose sight
of what the original disagreement was even about. Fear of loosing (or being
outdone) takes total precedent over the importance or lack of importance of the
original issue. People argue about whose religion is best, what martial arts
style is best, who's the toughest guy or the cutest woman. These arguments are
all rooted in fear. Those who are condescending to others, or boastful, exhibit
a state of perpetual fear. Someone who is truly centered, confident, and focused
has no need for boasting or for petty squabbles. They are too busy doing things
that are positive and constructive. The next time that you hear a person degrade
or belittle another person, or criticize another martial arts style or
instructor, or say destructive things about a colleague, know that it is the
person doing the criticizing who is full of fear and insecurity. Anger is born
out of fear. Fear is born out of a sense of inadequacy and/or the anticipation
of loss. Fearful people are those who take themselves and the material things of
the world far too seriously. Life is to be enjoyed by raising ourselves up to
meet our personal potential. It has nothing to do with anyone else.


If you cultivate a sense of your spiritual worth, if you understand that there
are greater things in this world than what we have or what others perceive us to
be, then there is no reason to fear. When fear vanishes, so does anger. When
anger is gone, your thoughts become clear. When your thoughts are clear, you
function at your best.


Only lazy people attempt to make themselves look better by degrading others. You
can practice being brave by being kind. You can practice courage by being
tolerant of the beliefs of others. Accept that there is more than one way to
accomplish any goal. What is the right way for one may not be the right way for
others. Those who think that theirs is the only way, or that they know all of
the answers have condemned themselves to ignorance. When you keep an open mind
your potential for growth is unlimited. When you are free from fear, you can
experience each moment to the fullest. This focused and centered state of mind
will help you to excel in anything you undertake. Only by letting go of fear and
casting out anger can one truly experience the joys of life.

Accessing Alternate Realities by DL Zeta


When we step beyond physical reality, we are able to access realities
that exist in consciousness. By accessing alternate realities or non-
ordinary states of consciousness, we can:

* Meet ourselves as we exist in other timeframes
* Free ourselves from enslavement or over-absorption in physical reality
* Deepen and give meaning to our existence
* Receive transmissions from our higher self or other aspects of our
self in the
past or future; we can also attune to the universal broadcast and
perceive how
it manifests in our life through the filter of our life purpose

Shifting Focus to Include Alternate Realities

In order to experience realities that exist beyond ordinary
consciousness, you
will need to expand your consciousness to include realities that
exist beyond
the physical. These alternate or non-ordinary realities remain
unknown to us as
long as our focus is entirely anchored in physical reality. In order to
perceive realities beyond the physical, we must open doors of
perception and
expand our conscious awareness.

I've come to believe that part of shifting our consciousness to
perceive other
realities is simply the intention to do so. Once we set our
intention, we begin
to cultivate and gain awareness of other realities that exist within
our inner
landscape. It is also important to be willing to enter the unknown. When
accessing alternate states, we are venturing into new and unexplored
territory.
This requires us to step out beyond the confines of our conscious
knowing. This
is a space of trust and openness. Inside this space, we surrender our
need to
know and allow our consciousness to explore and experience.

The Present Moment as Doorway into Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness

It is important to be firmly centered in the "Now" as we prepare for
adventures
into altered states of consciousness. Remaining firmly grounded and
centered in
the present moment, we can invite other realities � past, present and
future �
into this space of focused awareness. In this way, the present moment
is our
doorway into other dimensions.

Portals to the past or future exist within the present moment. This
ever-present
moment of Now is eternal, extending far beyond the limitations of
physical
reality. Paradoxically, it's important to be firmly grounded in
present-moment
reality in order to step outside time and space. From this solid
foundation, we
can catapult into alternate realities. The present moment is the
gatekeeper for
all that is to pass through the gates of one reality into another. To
gain
access, we must be present and awake. Within the present moment, we
are aware
of our influence and connection with all points past and future. As
we stand in
the present moment, united with our past and future, we become whole and
unified.

Reactivation of the Mary Magdalene Codes and grounding of the feminine aspect of
the 13th Octave - task of April 4th, 2009
 
Hi everyone, from the below taken off the web it would appear that our reality
such as it is, is made up of 12 Octaves representing the 12 chakras and 12
strands of DNA.  The 13th strand of DNA is our angelic strand, so most precious
Lord Kuthumi told me when mine was activated by him on a visit to South Africa
4.5 years ago.  This is also the threshold of the 13:13 gateway which is a
level of consciousness that one has arrived at.  The 13:13 gateway keeper is
most precious Lord El Morya, I understand that the Gate itself is precious Mary
Magdalene.  So one can see this as the doorway to the New Earth frequencies. 
As the Dove has returned and been grounded just some days ago I thought it most
appropriate that the Dovette (I know it is not an English word, however it just
seemed to fit perfectly) follow shortly afterwards, i.e. precious Mary Magdalene
being the twin flame of most precious Master Jesus.  And so a task is being
created herebelow
  should you guys find it of interest and wish to join in,  we will be riding
the energies of the 4:4 I AM sure it will be a lot of fun.  Most precious Mary
Magdalene also carries the Adam Kadmon codes.  I was given three places where
the energetic construction made up of most precious Mary Magdalene's energies
are to be placed, this will in fact be the downloading of the full feminine
Christic energies, power, attributes and virtues. This is also for the guys who
would wish to be part of this. At the end of the task one may ask of the Divine
Ones to have their DNA upgraded should you wish this, it is not we who decide
what DNA strand we want activated, it is the Divine Ones only who decide when we
have reached certain levels of consciousness awareness which DNA strands can be
activated. I have learnt that with spirit it is never who you know but rather
everything has to be earned.  We will also be standing on two grids for this
task, one is the
  Meggido copper grid, Israel and the other is the Urim and Thummim gold grid in

female energy that the new Earth will soon be birthing and eventually become

The reactivation of Mary Magdalene and the codes that she held—which were
brutally repressed by the Catholic Church—when merged with the Galactic Center
events, will birth this new energy. At some not too distant time in the future,
after we have activated all of the 12 chakras (full harmonic scale), this new
female energy will fully manifest to help us activate a 13th chakra that will be
our coded card key into the galactic community. The new female energy,

I/We will now focus on standing on the Meggido grid and we will ask from the
Divine Ones that all that is needed and required to bring this grid into its
pristine condition that this be done and it can be one will feel energies being
poured forth through you into the grid. Once it is completed we will intend that
it be activated in full and total power now and we will qualify it to be

present program is the copper grid structure underneath Meggido (Israel) which
is aligned with Mount Tabor and Jerusalem. This is the timepiece for the Great
Pyramid. Meggido will reveal the underground network of Israel as the central
focus for uniting the harmonics of the consciousness grids of the planet. This
will allow for different combinations of spiritual energy to converge in one

To fully activate the "Throne-energies" it is necessary also to use the Urim and
Thummim grids to build templates of resonance which are to be placed in
alignment with both the sacred energy grids on the planet, as well as the grids
of the Merkabah of Light.

The Actual transfiguration works through Urim and Thummim light controls which
are used to build the new network directly between the Brotherhood of Man and
the Brotherhood of Light. In order for the brain to accept new knowledge, to
put a new bioengineering process to work, and to correct the retrogressive
evolution, it is necessary that the brain goes through time
acceleration. Presently, your brain works according to the consciousness plan
of the specie which established the flow of ions through the membrane
circuitry. In order for you to go beyond the increments of the chemical time
scale requires the use of Urim circuitry which overrides the old flow time of
the sodium ions and allows for immediate information transfewr between the brain
codes and the new memory storage. Here, the Urim circuitry allows for the
receiption of information at rates faster than analytical comprehension.  In
fact, when the time frames of memory  (past reference) and
  thought stability are compared with the new incoming information, consciousness
time actually speeds up. The Urim are crystals that work within a harmonic grid
arrangement.  Through the modulation of these crystals with the energy fields
of sound and color, spiritual b eings can directly send and receive
throught-forms which can be absorbed consciously or unconsciously. Through the
Urim, the Brotherhood of Man is coordinated with the Brotherhood of Light by 
means of light crystal frequencies which activate the channels of Love and
Wisdom. The Urim are the "Lights" which connect the processes of the mind with
the different threshold levels of spiritual power.  They are "energy jewels"
which connect with the template grid of the eigth chakra so that the "flame over
the head" can be focused into the spiritual pathways being served by the Living
Light. Each crystal works at a different vibrational frequency which
coordinates our program with other
  universal programs within the Living Light.  The Urim are the highest and most
perfect form of crystals available for the coordination of human intelligence
with the Higher Evolution. On the other hand, the Thummim are the energy changes
around the Urim crystals in which the thought-forms, coming from God and His
Hierarchy to His chosen servants, stay in "perfection" while in dimensions of
imperfection..

the two hemispheric areas of the human brain.  Just as the mind connects with a
universal intelligence through the creative processes of the left and right
hemispheres of the brain, so also the planet as a small geophysical brain, with

operations of spiritual knowledge through the special grids of these two

When we focus on incense sticks during meditation, we move into a mystical space
that is both physical and spiritual at once. Like us, the incense stick is
earthbound with an ember that burns for only a finite time, but the diaphanous
spirit it releases is unbound by time or space. Rather than shutting down our
senses to focus on an inner realm, incense involves our senses as we follow
whirling smoke upward and outward while we take its scent into us, filling us as
we breathe.

The journey starts with a flame, and then a glowing ember releases smoke to rise
above us in an ethereal dance. Ashes fall below, purified by the fire. We can
use this to imagine negative thoughts being changed from darkness into the
beauty of warm gray snowflakes and a scented spun-silver plume, lighter than
air. We can watch as our atmosphere is altered to become reminiscent of the
heavens and lifts our thoughts: Embers become shooting stars, and the silver
ribbon of smoke becomes unraveled clouds. Altered senses may guide our inspired
thoughts to travel along new, perhaps undiscovered, pathways.

We can also imagine our physical selves being represented by the incense stick,
our inner fire releasing magic into the world. That part of us emanates outward,
expanding to mingle with the breath of those around us as we ride the wind to
become part of everything. We can also see in the swirling smoke our life's
path, not a straight line but a twirling, meandering ballet that moves us ever
onward and upward. We may leave a bit of ourselves behind as we bounce off of
our surroundings, working through them, but no matter what we do, we cannot
avoid our final destination: oneness with all that is. As spiritual beings
enjoying the physical experience of life, incense meditations can help us
remember the beauty and wonder of our existence, where heaven and earth, body
and spirit, are all available to us in every moment.

The Spiral and the Holographic Matrix

Foreward
When Drunvalo and Dan Winter introduced me to sacred geometry, I passed through
a doorway that held a vast new perspective of reality that caused me to grow
internally. As I continued to study I found that I was left with many new tools
with which I could work. Yet I felt "stuck" (in a good way) inside a geometric
puzzle of reality that I intuitively felt was only a portion of what we are or
are capable of becoming.

I continued exploring with my joy, and found my interest peak around the spiral.
The spiral, in conjunction with what I had learned of sacred geometry, helped me
take the geometric tools and apply them for myself in order to discover how to
begin to feel intimately in touch with the entire holographic and geometric
fabric that underlies creation. In a step-by-step fashion from the spiral and
the sacred geometry, my left and right brain began to see that each of us mirror
creation itself. The geometry helped me to embrace and expand my vision and
understanding so I could see even further beyond the sacred geometry with utter
humility. I was brought to my knees when I began to see how vast all of us
really are when we incorporate three specific principles that take us even
beyond sacred geometry into the fabric of creation itself. All of these three
principals will be explored in this article.

I am writing this article with the intention of helping to inspire more people
to embrace sacred geometry as a way to move even further beyond it. I hope you
all continue to explore until you find your own unique path that leads you to
the understanding of sacred geometry on a deeper level that will then allow you
to see beyond sacred geometry in order to understand and claim more of your
greater being. What is the effect of this study? It results in a greater
humility, because it beckons the individual to step beyond our accepted history
and definitions of reality and to embrace a greater understanding of who we
really are.

There will always exist so much more to our being than we can imagine. Creation
(and all that exists within it) can be modeled by sacred geometry. Sacred
geometry appears to be the blueprint underlying the many aspects of creation.
Sacred geometry and the holographic nature of reality are models that enable us
to fathom the possibility that we are the universe, but yet we are still more.
Our true being defies all descriptions or boundaries. We are boundless beings
made of pure principle itself.

1) What is the Holographic Matrix?

A technical definition of a hologram can be the following: A hologram has the
maximum symmetry of all fractal planes or geometric faces within the system to
which it belongs. In simple terms, this means that an entire replica of an
object or idea is completely represented inside the smallest aspect of itself.
This is true with holographic film. An image is embedded onto holographic film
and through the use of lasers, the image can be projected in its 3D form. Let's
say that you took a pair of scissors and cut a tiny piece of film and moved it
across the room so it was away from the original. Using the same laser, you
could still project the complete 3D image that was embedded on the original
film!

So if we take a cell, an atom, or a molecule, we would have all the necessary
requirements in that tiny object to see the entire holographic matrix to which
it belonged. Theoretically, a single planet could be created from one molecule.
Size then, does not matter. A piece of the infinite will theoretically recreate
the infinite from which it originated. A good question to ponder is: "Can you
take a piece of infinite away from itself?"

Imagine for a moment that a sacred geometrical template of reality represents
the holographic matrix and instead of a laser, the tool of projection becomes
focused consciousness itself. This would give the Creator the perfect "art
supplies" to create an entire 3D reality!

In sacred geometry we find holographic characteristics within the angular and
circular patterns. If we were to examine a unit of the entire universal
holographic reality, we would be inviting our imagination to embrace an infinite
quantity of geometric dimensional planes that exist within and around every unit
of the entire created universe.

Inviting our mind to embrace a piece of the infinite would be inviting our mind
to embrace the whole infinite, because the infinite is holographic. If our mind
began to embrace the infinite, theoretically it would not be able to stop
because the infinite would begin to swallow the one embracing it. A kind of
"seed within seeds' or in this case "universes within universes" exists within
all things in creation. These dimensional planes have been illustrated in
smaller scale by using sacred geometry. In sacred geometry, these planes have
been illustrated as being separated by binary as well as phi ratio divisions or
"fractal stratas" neatly packed, embedded or overlaid around each other. These
geometrical fractal stratas extend outward (as well as inward) in every
direction.

This holographic matrix is exemplified in the samples of the platonic solids of
sacred geometry. These geometric shapes are holographic and have fractals within
them such as the tetrahedron within a tetrahedron, cube within a cube, star
tetrahedron within a star tetrahedron, octahedron within an octahedron,
icosahedron within an icosahedron, dodecahedron within a dodecahedron, and more.

2) Quantum Fluidity and the Warping and Wrapping of the Holographic Fabric

Astronomy has defined for us that a large planetary body such as a sun will warp
the time-space fabric or continuum around it. Stretch a blanket between 4 people
and place a bowling ball in the center. You will find that the blanket droops
where the ball rests in the center. The indentation is in the shape of an
inverted cone.

A black hole warps the space-time fabric to the degree that it will bend light
and distort time. An example of this is like taking a stretched blanket and
wrapping the middle portion of the blanket in a spiraling cone. A black hole has
an anomaly at its core that creates the whirlpool effect called a "quantum
singularity". This quantum singularity becomes so powerfully attractive that all
particles are effected by the gravitational pull towards the core of the black
hole. The circular edge of the fabric where it first indents is where you just
begin to be pulled into the gravitational spin. It is called the "event
horizon".

If a single sphere is a hologram of the entire reality, then any sphere is a
matrix with infinite potential. It has the ability to produce a gravitational
field. If we were to create a local singularity, we may only need a single
sphere that spins rather than an entire black hole.

Why is this so? A spinning sphere will spin faster and faster, wrapping the
fabric of reality tighter and tighter like the analogy of the blanket, above. It
will spin faster and wrap tighter until it creates a quantum singularity - an
interdimensional doorway that is created when one reality cannot sustain such
highly compressed energy. When the energy can't "fit" into this 3D reality any
longer, it turns from matter into energy. The energy compresses and concentrates
itself into a fluidlike state and transcends from a reality based on form to a
reality based on fluid formlessness. This is how matter transcends into spirit.

Since a sphere has infinite holographic geometric patterns inherent within it,
it would also have quite a number of holographic planes or octaves to it as
well. So then instead of placing a sphere upon a just a single outstretched
blanket, we could simulate the additional planes and octaves associated with the
sphere by placing several outstretched blankets underneath each other separated
by a few inches.

When we place our sphere upon the top blanket, it would bend the blanket and
touch several other blankets below it as well. This is an analogy to show that
what happens in one reality plane affects other realities as well. When we
experience spiritual revelation or an intense moment of pure universal love, we
experience this kind of transcendence on many levels of our being. We are not
just one-dimensional. What happens on one level of self affects the whole of our
being.

Geometric forms by themselves are fixed and stagnant without the inherent
properties of the golden spiral that compel all geometric forms to implode or
transcend. As we have seen in the article entitled "The Golden Mean Spiral and
the Merkaba", the golden spiral is an inherent component within both angular and
spherical geometry. It is the force that creates the vortical field in all
geometric forms. Without that vortical field, there can be no implosion and
transcendence. Through the golden spiral, all geometry transcends form and moves
into quantum fluidity.

Imagine a drop of water returning to an ocean. This is an example of instant
fluid integration. This quantum ocean is the very essence of the entire
holographic matrix of which we are a part. When we learn to become fluid in our
consciousness, we have the ability to tap into this vast ocean and literally
become one with the universal holographic fabric. The sages and masters of
Earth's history could achieve this and that is why they were able to bring back
such amazing teachings about oneness and the true essence of all life.

3) Magnetic 3-D Memory and the Human Holographic Fabric

Generally speaking, we have two forms of memory available to us. They are
Holographic Memory and Magnetic Memory.

Holographic memory can be accessed predominantly in an altered or expanded state
of consciousness or open heartedness. The brain waves must be lowered to alpha,
theta or delta. When we are really clear and we tap into the quantum fluidity,
we have access to the holographic memory within ourselves and within creation
itself. Time and space are no longer limitations. Memory isn't accessed in a
linear fashion, but in an experiential one.

Magnetic memory is accessed predominantly in a typical 3D linear fashion, in
which the beta brain wave state is dominant. This type of memory is very limited
and is affected by subjective perception. A good analogy is to imagine an
accordion. When it is in its compressed state, the bellows are folded. If a
picture were painted on the compressed edges of the accordion bellows, it may
seem complete in its compressed state, but it would give you limited
information. As soon as the accordion was expanded, the picture would make no
sense. When the accordion is expanded, a greater view of reality would unfold.
This is exactly how we relate to reality with our conscious minds. We think we
see and know everything there is to know, but we are really only viewing the
painted picture on the side of a compressed accordion. When expanded, we
discover how limited our perceptions really are.

Since we are spirit beings in the material, metaphorically we have two fabrics
woven within us. Neatly packed within us is the holographic fabric of creation
of which all humans and all things are intimately a part. We also have a denser
3D material fabric as well, and this one often distracts us from the more
expanded holographic state.

Theoretically it is possible that as long as there is a relatively strong
magnetic field surrounding us (like on a planet in 3D reality), our mind will
utilize a magnetic form of memory storage. This local magnetic field seems to
keep the accordion bellows compressed so we can only view a limited perspective
of reality. When the local magnetic field weakens (such as during interstellar
travel), the holographic memory fabric can begin to unfurl so we can see the
bigger picture of reality and not be limited by a 3D perspective. At that point,
it is possible to view two overlapping realities. One reality is our common 3D,
while the other is a less common holographic reality that may seem very
spiritual in nature to us.

To maintain a body in 3D reality, one needs to have an identity, which serves as
an anchor that keeps us here. The ego requires a lot of energy to maintain
itself in 3D reality. The ego (which metaphorically can be compared to a black
hole in 3D) maintains a 3D perspective by a warping and wrapping the geometric
holographic fabric within us, just like in the earlier analogy of the blanket
and the sphere. The ego is like a quantum singularity - a spiral of identity so
strong that it can wrap and fold the holographic fabric tight enough to create a
densification of energy that allows the individual to remain anchored in 3D.

As an analogy, we are very much like a black hole when we are in 3D
consciousness. We feel needy and cut off from the infinite holographic reality.
We search for completion outside of ourselves by craving energy from others. We
are more like a white hole that radiates energy when we are in an expanded state
such as in meditation or in profound moments of love.

The golden spiral is one of the key elements that can help unwrap the
holographic fabric of our spirit selves and unlock us from the egocentric 3D
perspective of reality. The more we become holographic and experience the
quantum fluidity within us, the more we expand into the infinite nature of all
Creation.

4) Unwrapping the Holographic Fabric by Numbing the Magnetic 3D Memory

In September 1999, my wife (Lyssa Royal Holt) was giving a workshop in
California. One workshop participant told us a story about a dream encounter he
had with several extraterrestrials. In the dream, he felt as if he was an
ambassador reporting to a council of off-worlders. When he began his report, the
extraterrestrials inserted a needle into his forehead. Shortly afterwards he
could not remember anything else.

As I was listening to him, my inner voices were explaining that the injection
temporarily disabled or numbed the quantum singularity that anchors the ego to
the 3D reality. When the quantum singularity of the ego was disabled, he
experienced a complete unwrapping of the holographic fabric that is usually
tucked tightly within the human consciousness. Magnetic memory evaporated, and
so therefore a linear memory of the experience could not be accessed by the ego.

This also happens in a limited fashion while taking peyote, mushrooms, and other
substances. I do not condone the use of such substances because they can create
dependencies and bad habits. The person often never learns to generate these
expanded states of awareness independently from the substances. For this reason
it would be much better to use the golden spiral instead.

Other methods that can unfurl the holographic fabric and move one beyond the 3D
reality include the Native American Sun Dance, vision quests, sweat lodges, and
meditation practices. In some martial art practices, it can be done by using
certain breathing techniques and placing oneself in a difficult stance or
posture that must be held for a given period of time. While experiencing the
mind/body discomfort, it gives the person and opportunity to step beyond the
belief in limitation.

In the dream experience discussed above, the ETs acted in a way that caused the
human to move beyond his limited view of reality. In the limited and tightly
wrapped state of ego, one experiences thoughts and emotions based upon a
compressed and fragmented view of reality. In this fragmented view of reality,
one would view oneself as separate, especially from anything "alien" to his
familiar reality paradigm. Feelings of separation cause fear, and fear is often
tucked into the folds of the compressed holographic matrix. When in fear, the
person does not feel or perceive any connection to other beings. Contrary to
this is what happens when we expand our perspective and our feelings to
encompass the entire holographic reality. When we expand in this way, we unfold
the compressed bellows of the accordion (so to speak) and we feel our
integration with each other.

This meeting of aliens and humans could only be fruitful when both parties are
experiencing a full and integrated comprehension of the entire holographic
conscious universe. This creates a common ground and a shared paradigm. When all
parties integrate with each other and the conscious universe, a unity of spirit
and mind can act in benevolent concert with the interests of the whole. True
communication begins when all parties are universally and holistically
integrated. No single act could occur that does not benefit the whole, because
when beings have such broad vision, their choices are consciously beneficial
ones. Only in 3D do we perceive that this isn't true. In 3D or polarity
consciousness, it appears that there is "good" and bad" or "right" and "wrong."
However it is important to realize that our 3D vision is merely a compressed and
limited view of the entire limitless fabric of creation.

5) The Triune Principle of Reality: Going Beyond Sacred Geometry

Let us examine the three principles of reality that form the trinity of
creation.

A) The First Principle: The Geometric Holographic Matrix as the Masculine
Expression
As seen in section 1, the Geometric Holographic Matrix represents the masculine
aspect of geometry that forms the templates and building blocks for creation on
a physical level of reality. Based on the idea of a hologram, even the smallest
portion of this matrix provides the code for the entire reality itself. This
geometry is the trellis upon which physical reality and consciousness can use to
grow and evolve itself. Just like when a plant grows upon a trellis, the
geometry guides reality and consciousness through the process of evolution.

B) The Second Principle: Liquid Light and the Formless Feminine
As we have seen in section 2 entitled Quantum Fluidity and the Warping and
Wrapping of the Holographic Fabric, quantum fluidity occurs when portions of the
holographic fabric are wrapped, folded, and funneled into the point of
singularity, which then causes an implosion. After the implosion, the
holographic fabric experiences quantum reorganization and becomes a homogenous
superfluid. This superfluid is comprised of an infinite spectrum of frequencies
that resemble liquid light or a fluidic unified field.

C) The Third Principle: Pure Principle
In a static field, all things generally remain at rest without stimuli that
propel them in a specific direction. Pure principal is an energetic force (or
stimulus) that sets the holographic fabric and/or the quantum fluid into motion
or form. Pure principal could then be characterized as the "Word" or "command"
in which quantum fluid and the holographic matrix organize themselves into
structural form.

Pure principal is the most immaculate force that originates consciousness and
life itself. It is beyond love. It can be called God, yet it is not outside of
us because we are a part of it. This pure principal holds a vision of the
highest intent for itself and all aspects of its evolution. There can never be a
limit to the boundless proportions of pure principle because it is in a state of
constant transcendence.

In Genesis it says, "The spirit of God [Pure Principle] was stirring above the
waters [quantum fluidity] � Let there be a firmament [Geometric Holographic
Matrix] in the midst of the waters �" Could it be possible that Genesis was
referring to the quantum fluidity (feminine principle) of the holographic
matrix? In contrast, the geometric holographic matrix (the masculine principle)
may then be an analogy for the firmament, which was created from the waters.
From quantum fluidity then, came the holographic matrix or the blueprint of
form. This blueprint is geometrical in nature.

Let us look at another analogy for the relationship between quantum fluidity
(the feminine) and the geometric templates (the masculine). Quantum fluidity
would be like the amniotic fluid inside a mother's womb. Inside the waters of
the amniotic fluid we find the beginnings of another structure, a growing fetus
that displays all the perfect principles of sacred geometry and the holographic
matrix of creation itself. This is a perfect analogy to express the balance of
spirit (fluid) and matter (form).

Our bodies are formed from the holographic matrix (the masculine principle of
form). Our heart/emotional bodies serve as a quantum singularity that creates
the medium of quantum fluidity at the moment of love (the feminine principle).
By creating quantum fluid (or liquid light) at the moment we experience feelings
of unconditional love, we create the spiral "glue" that embraces our physical
reality in cohesive unity with the greater universe. This fluid unified field
keeps our personal 3D reality flexible enough that we can infuse it with a pure
intention. This is how creation occurs, whether it is a tiny, personal 3D
creation or the creation of a universe in itself. We are creators.

Since we individuals are fashioned from the holographic matrix, and that
holographic matrix spans the entire universe, then our being actually exists and
extends across the entire span of this universe in every moment. We are the
entire creation itself. Both the ocean of quantum fluidity and the vast
geometric holographic matrix inside of us are essential elements that provide a
way to keep us connected to the infinite and to the unbounded pure-principal
spirit beings we truly are. What a drop of potential we are!

The twist is that as a 3D being, our holographic memory and experiential fabric
is wrapped and folded to disguise us as limited physical beings. In our 3D
limited state we are using magnetic memory as well as our 3D experiences to
define who and what we are while we are in 3D form. This definition of ourselves
is distorted because we haven't accessed the cohesive memory of the whole
creation and an understanding of why we are here. As pure principal beings in
the holographic hall of mirrors, we created a vast geometric-based garden as a
gift to help us remember the magnitude, facets, and characteristics of boundless
pure principal. We embody all three principles of creation when we stretch
ourselves beyond our limited 3D concepts and definitions and act with pure
intention and trust, spontaneously, and without fear.

6) Reclaiming our Heritage


Using models like sacred geometry to demonstrate the universal geometric
holographic matrix eventually enables conscious beings to extend their awareness
and understanding beyond the models themselves. At that point, we can begin to
perceive the geometric holographic matrix that spans the entire creation and
recognize our part in it. Once we perceive this holographic interconnection, it
invites us to expand ourselves and perceive beyond our 3D paradigm. We can then
actively participate more multidimensionally with this entire incredible
creation. The universal geometric holographic matrix continues to prompt us to
take more and more responsibility for being a co-creator. It compels us to
extend our full potential into all of creation instead of just our local
vicinity (3D reality).

In a "free enterprise" system, ownership and self-determination are the
motivations for boundless creativity and diversity. The motivation to embrace
the entire creation can come when we are able to perceive the truth of creation
- that it is vast, mysterious and beautiful, and that we are a part of it. When
we embrace that truth, our curiosity and spirit of exploration will beckon us
and lift us from the chrysalis of our previous belief in limitation and help us
to re-enter back into the cosmos of conscious creation.

We re-embrace the whole cosmos (and our heritage) when we realize that we are
the co-creators and thus the owners of our destiny. Understanding our heritage
and claiming our ownership helps lead us out of bondage. We learn the
fundamental truths such as, "My body is not me, but mine." And "My history is
not me, but mine." It is the beliefs that we are our history and we are our
bodies, minds, and emotions that continue to bind us to our shell of limitation.
But our heritage is to humbly re-assume our birthright and all its
responsibilities and begin acting as mature beings with such vast potential.

Sacred geometry and the holographic universe are great gifts as well as profound
tools. These tools allow us to shed our limiting belief systems and help lead us
back to the stars and beyond. However, it all begins by being willing to
re-enter creation by perceiving more of it without the filter of ego. This leads
to feeling more of creation until we become one with it. Eventually, we
re-integrate into creation by owning our birthright, taking full responsibility
for our thoughts, emotions and actions, and ultimately seeing the universe as a
complete reflection of ourselves.

Shamanic Divination

Shamanism is not a system of belief or faith, it is a system of knowledge, and
divination is one of the paths to gain direct knowledge. Direct knowledge can be
defined as that which is experienced first hand by the senses. Divination is not
`fortune telling', it is a way to a deeper understanding of events and
influences surrounding a situation or person. Divination has always been an
integral part of shamanism. One of the most important roles of the shaman has
been to seek revelatory knowledge from visionary sources, which may be for
healing purposes, "why has this person become ill?" "what medicine does this
person need?, or important communal needs "where are the herds of caribou?",
divination is also often used to get meaning from dreams and visions.

Divination is as old as humanity, but unfortunately in mainstream Western
society it has been regarded as something primitive, irrational, and pandering
to superstition. Divination is simply a way of revealing the truth. The diviner
reveals or uncovers to their client hidden truths about themselves, or the
circumstances surrounding them. In societies outside the West, divining
continues to play an important role, revealing that which is hidden, easing
anxiety, and helping in coming to terms with challenging circumstances that may
demand the implementation of difficult decisions.

In divination, the role of the shaman is to act as a mediator or `middle-man'.
The shaman by exploring and providing the initial reading and interpretation
allows the seeker of this information to avoid projecting personal wants,
desires, and wishes if the question or situation is emotionally charged.

The Multi-dimensional Cosmos of the shaman

In shamanism, there is another kind of time, not linear or sequential but a time
which is one single moment. This vast ever moving moment has no boundaries which
separate the past, present and future. This is a time in which anything which
has ever happened to anybody anywhere, somewhere it is still happening. The
shaman travels `outside' of linear time into this vast unending ever-moving
moment to seek the information at the place where this event is happening.

One of the main gateways to this vast moment of time or universal consciousness
is our own powers of imagination coupled with the three fundamental principles
of expanded perception;

1.       Intention - All actions begin with an intention, a desire for a
specific outcome. The principle of intention operates on two levels, the
obvious, `this is what I want to do', and the subtle level , i.e. it is a signal
or alert to energy to be prepared to move to a certain destination.

2.       Trust - Trust is an ineffable quality, it is experienced in the body,
not the mind. Trust takes time, and to get trust we need feedback which either
directly or indirectly validates our experience. With trust our experiences and
confidence in our actions increase significantly.

3.       Attention - This is about the application and focus of energy and
intention. Attention is not `hard-work' yet it needs consistency, to place your
awareness at the interface of events or places�.. Energy flows where Attention
goes.

Divinatory methods

The shamans used many diverse methods for divination, either ways seeking
patterns in natural objects and events, or using techniques to directly obtain
hidden knowledge. An example of the former could be the practice of divination
with rocks.

Rock Divination

To do this the traditional practice is for the seeker looks for a rock whilst
holding the question in the mind, eventually there will be a rock which stands
out or `metaphorically' shouts out "me, me!". Here is an opportunity to practice
the principle of trust!. As a helpful tip the more faceted and inner forms the
rock has the better as more facets and patterns mean more detail will be
available to the reader. The seeker should then give the rock to the shaman or
practitioner and state the question. The shaman (who knows as little as possible
about the questioner or the circumstances regarding the question) will gently
focus on the rock and allow patterns to form within the imagination. The shaman
may ask the seeker to state the question a few times as this helps to deepen the
trance state of awareness, to the place where the shapes and patterns in the
rock become a `gateway' directly into the universal field of energy, and images,
pictures, words, feelings will start to form within the shaman's being. Each
rock face represents a different aspect of the question, and the initial
response is generally "where the questioner is at this moment", and this leads
to other rock faces, each rock face exposing and presenting an expanded view of
the answer. To me personally this work is awesome, mysterious and poetic, and I
have found that is as if a person's life story is contained in a rock.

Sunbeam Divination Journey

An example of a specific technique to discover hidden knowledge is the Sunbeam
divination journey of the Labrador Naskapi shamans. This journey has a single
specific purpose to find out the physical location of a person, object, or place
where an event will take place. In this practice no information will be given
about the object, person etc only it's location. One can see the usefulness and
practicality of this technique, for example to help hunters locate game animals,
or the to find out and rescue a lost member of the tribe and so on. I have used
this practice many times often to locate lost keys or the wallet of a client!

An Exercise - Naskapi Sunbeam Divination Journey

First meditate or reflect on what you want to locate or know the whereabouts of,
remember the first principle of Intention. When ready, find a place where you
will not be disturbed for half hour or so, darken the room, and lay down and
relax. Note: It is best if you have tape for shamanic journeying drumming (which
will smooth the transition into expanded states of awareness). In the
imagination, the launch-pad into multi-dimensional perception, go to a place
where you can visualise, perceive, or sense being in the open landscape. Sense
being fully in this place, experience your feet on the ground and the ground
pushing up against the soles of your feet, experience the air and the wind on
your face, become fully present in this landscape, and when ready look up to the
sky where the sun will be, with the question firmly in your mind, ask the sun to
show you the location or whereabouts of what it is you are searching for.
Typically a particular sunbeam will either shine brightly or capture your
attention in one way or another, follow this beam of sunlight, you may even
experience yourself flying over the landscape, and where this specific sunbeam
touches the ground, that is where the location is. When you recognise the
location, and can correlate it to an actual physical place, it is then time to
return. So turn around and go back to the place where you started from, and when
you have returned, gently feel yourself back in the physical world, and gently
open your eyes.

Remembering the second principle of trust, check the information out, try and
get verification of the validity of the journey, keep on doing this until you
have developed trust and the confidence will then follow.

Shamanic Trance Postures

Another form of specific techniques is the body of work known as Shamanic Trance
Postures. They take the form of certain precise bodily postures. These postures
are gateways to an altered state of consciousness, and visionary experiences.
This body of knowledge originates from ancient civilisations and many indigenous
cultures throughout the world. Rediscovered in the 1970's by the renowned
anthropologist Felicitas Goodman, these postures are a piece of living history
from our heritage of spiritual tradition.

It involves holding non-strenuous, but precise physical positions together with
an accompanying rhythmic sound eg. Shamanic drumming or rattling. There are a
number of specific postures for divinatory purposes, for example the Nupe people
in sub-Saharan Africa, use these ritual postures, and in the one that their
divinatory shamans work with gives the experience of detachment and a
dispassionate persepective of the question.

An Exercise - Nupe Divination Posture

Once again meditate or focus on your question, as with this work it really helps
if the question is sharp, no `ifs', 'shoulds' , `but' and so on, get your
question as razor honed as possible.

Sit on the floor, leaning toward your left and supported by your left arm. Hold
your left arm rigid, with your hand at a right angle to your body. Place your
left hand at a spot three to five inches to the left of your body and just
behind a straight line drawn along the back of your buttocks. Bend both legs at
the knees with both feet pointing to the right, positioned so that your left
foot is resting just to the left of your right knee. Place your right hand on
your lower left leg, where the muscle indents about halfway down your calf. Move
your head slightly to the left, so you are looking over your left knee, and
close your eyes.

If possible listen to a shamanic drumming or rattling tape, as this will enhance
the visionary potential and makes the experience smoother, and more powerful.
Allow the visionary imagery , or just simple `knowing' to take place, when you
have a sense of an answer (even if you do not understand it rationally) just
gently release yourself from the posture, and come back fully into the present.
If an answer is not immediately understood, incubate it, play with it, draw or
paint it, this is important as the answer is not always addressed to the
rational mind. Being with the imagery or vision will often lead to a deep and
profound revelation.

To conclude there are many other ways of divination in shamanism many which
underlie well known practices eg; divination with quartz crystals, casting of
objects, Scrying.

As the Tungus shamans of Siberia say "we are all connected, we are all one". So
is it no wonder that we can discover ourselves through the natural world.

Sleep Meditation Techniques

How often do you wake feeling weary and washed out? Do you toss and turn? Or do
you lay awake in bed, seemingly for hours, before sleep takes you away? In
general questionnaires, approximately 30% of all adults claim to suffer some
sort of sleep problem. The National Sleep Foundation in the USA states that
about 120 million Americans suffer from sleep deprivation. It's no laughing
matter - being sleep deprived can lead to weight gain, depression, inability to
perform job functions properly, impaired memory, deterioration of relationships,
and lowered resistance to illness.

While there are sleep disorders that require medical intervention, it is often
possible to bring about a drastic improvement in your sleep patterns and general
well-being through meditation. This article discusses a few simple methods that
you can practice every evening. In addition to these techniques, bear in mind
that vigorous physical exercise should be taken during the day rather than in
the evening, that heavy meals should be consumed several hours before you
attempt to go to bed, and that stressful issues are better set aside in the
evening so you can ready your mind and spirit for the night's rest.

To begin, ensure that your bedroom is of a comfortable temperature. Light a
candle near the bed (one that can safely burn out on its own, such as a votive
candle) and turn out the lights. Anything that needs to be done - locking the
doors, putting the cat out, and so on should already be done so you are able to
sleep immediately following these techniques.

Lay flat on your back, either on the floor or in your bed. Feel your spinal
column and try to make it as long and flat as possible. If you find that you
have a tight spot in your lower back, gently raise your knees toward your chest
and hug them. When you feel your spine relax, slowly lower your legs while
keeping your lower back flat. If the tightness is across your shoulders, press
your shoulders into your mattress while holding the rest of your body still and
hold them down for a count of ten and then relax them. Repeating this once or
twice should remove the tension. If the tightness is in your neck, slowly roll
your head to the right, and pause for a count of three before rolling it back to
the middle. Then roll your head to the left and pause for a count of three
before rolling it back. Repeat this process until your neck feels loose and your
head feels pleasantly heavy. Now, stretch your legs out long while separating
your toes (which are also stretching). Be aware of the feeling of your stretched
legs - the muscles, the bones, your knees and ankles - and as you let go of the
stretch, feel the relaxation creeping into your legs. Repeat. Now stretch your
arms toward the ceiling with your fingers separated and stretched as your toes
were. As you let go of the stretch, bring your arms out wide so you form a lower
case t. Feel how much heavier and relaxed your arms are. Repeat.

Now gently roll to your side and bring yourself into a sitting position. If you
are on your bed, your feet should be on the ground (your full foot, from toe to
heel) and your knees should make a 90 angle. If your legs are too short or your
bed too high, use a box or crate to achieve the desired effect. If you are on
the ground, comfortably cross your legs in tailor style. Place your hands on
your thighs with your palms facing upward and your thumb meeting your
forefinger. Your hands should be relaxed. Sit up straight, with an awareness of
your vertebrae stacked harmoniously on top of each other. Don't slouch or assume
an unnaturally erect position. Spend a few minutes slowly breathing in through
your nose and gently exhaling through your mouth with your eyes closed. Pay
special attention to your forehead - feel it relax and grow heavy.

When you feel relaxed, open your eyes and look at the candle. Don't stare, but
gaze gently at the softly flickering light. Continue to be conscious of your
breathing, of the position of your hands on your thighs, of your posture. As
your eyes begin to feel heavy or tired, close your eyes but hold on to the image
of the candle. As the image fades from your inner eye, open your eyes again and
gaze at the candle until your eyes again become heavy. Close your eyes until the
image of the candle begins to fade from your inner eye. Continue repeating this
process until you are able to hold the image of the candle in your inner eye
without the support of the actual candle. Holding to the image and continuing
the same slow and steady breathing, lay down for sleep.

Change is a Loving Friend

When confusion sadly comes, step into it, be within it as within a fog, knowing
that fog always clears and confusion always ends.

There is no reason to even wonder why it comes across you from time to time.  It
is simply a part of life to sometimes see a long vista stretching out ahead with
a clear path across it and other times to wander lost in the forest, the fog
heavy and damp, the leaves dripping with tears.

Remember always that the fog will clear, the forest will end and another day
will come when you stand at the edge of the forest and see the meadow ahead,
with the valley full of fruit trees, dripping with abundance and beauty.

But look now, across the fertile valley.  Over this way, there is a great
mountain, its snowcapped peak hidden in the clouds.  And someday, you may choose
to take a deep breath, leave the valley and begin to climb, simply because you
heard it call your name.

And there, over that way, is another forest, dark and foggy, leading into
mystery.  And someday, without quite knowing why, you may choose to fill your
heart with courage and enter this forest, simply because you feel that it is
time for you to do so.

For this is life.  Change, growth, evolution, becoming, and always, always,
movement.  And even if you sit down under the tree and choose not to move, the
world will change around you, the golden pears will fall, the winter storms will
come and go, and one day fragrant blossoms will spring out on the branches,
telling of the bounty to come.

It is natural to hunger for stability and safety, but it is not, ultimately, why
you are here.  The luscious meadow, the high mountain and the foggy forest are
all a part of the experience, this great adventure we call life.

Remember always that change is a loving friend who believes in you deeply, who
challenges you to live from your heart, who knows your vast courage, and who
trusts you to reach into yourself and find all that you truly are, right now.

Welcome, my dear friend.  Take my hand and lead me.  I am ready to take that
step.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. I've said those words so
many times, some before believing Human Beings, some not believing, all of whom
I know, every single one. The truth is that I am a sister, a brother, and a
piece of God. I'm not something to be worshipped any more than your sister and
brother on Earth are. I am family, and the only reason for these communications
and the only reason I would be here at all is to sit at your feet and to wash
them and to give you information about what you've done.

There has never been a time when this situation between us has been different. I
always come in love, ready to give you appropriate information. Oh, there have
been many who have made a lot of it, saying that it was impossible or not really
happening. Some say that this event is just the antics of a man who is
pretending. You may say it's a fraud, a fake. I'll tell you this: It's going to
be hard to convince the one who's going to go away with a healing today, for his
healing will be real. The colors many are seeing are real, too.

There has never been a more exciting time than this! It just seems like
yesterday, even for some of you, when I began communicating to my partner [Lee].
Those were the days when he really couldn't translate much, but that changed.
Even he can't believe the amount of time that has gone by [20 years]. Today's
message is not much different than many of the others over that time, except
that you now sit in an even newer energy. It's an energy you've only recently
created, dear Human Beings, and now you're beginning to see the puzzle unfold.

Oh, there are still those sitting here saying, "It's a Human talking, nothing
more." Really? Is it the Human creating the energy in this room? How can that
be? Some of you are starting to feel it. Could it be that God is speaking
through this man? What is that definition of God? The word is a man-made word,
you know? God is an essence of the Universe imbued into the Human Being, that's
what God is. For I sit in front of entities of biological source and universal
lineage, who are ageless. You always were, and you always will be, Human Being.
There are those who still don't believe this is real, and it can't be happening.
They will tell you that God doesn't talk like this to Humans. But we again tell
you that this is the way Spirit has always talked to Human Beings. Always.

Let me put this channelling energy into a more common framework for a moment, so
that you will understand better. Imagine there's a man in a cell. It is
approximately 30 to 35 years after the death of his master, and he's known as
Saul. But he is not really Saul, for he has renamed himself Paul. For the
epiphany he had when he saw God through his master changed his spiritual fabric.
He understood Human enablement and he wrote to his friends in Ephesus and in
Corinth while he was in jail. He wrote and told them about his joy. He told them
how amazing it was, for the information that he had from this master, whom he
had never even met, was profound. This man is Paul the Apostle, and the letters
he wrote became scripture in this culture and that scripture is now known as the
Word of God. Now, let me ask you, who is God when you're reading Corinthians or
Ephesians? Is it the word of God, or the word of Paul just writing to his
friends? The answer - it's Paul the Apostle, under the influence of an energy of
love that cannot be denied. This is the way it works and the process is called
channelling. That's the way it has always been.

So here we are again with the attribute where there will be those who will
listen with the ears, and those who are "hearing" with their eyes [the later
readership]. That puts those hearing later [playing the recording] plus those
reading [you] in a quantum state with those in the "now" who are here.
Therefore, we quantumize the whole audience as a timeless group, for this
message will endure past the lifetimes of many who are currently alive now.

The message is about choice. What are you doing? What do you want to do? Where
are you? What have you done? I am Kryon, a piece of the God-family who you are
of, and that means that I'm not just on the other side of the veil, unreachable
and untouchable. Instead, I walk with each one of you daily because Spirit walks
with you daily. You don't think of this often enough. You tend to
compartmentalize our spiritual experience. As those here tonight walk out the
door, you're done with the meditations; you're done with the channelling and
you're in a social time. Perhaps you're even going to go and have a nice dinner.
All of those things are normal, but you must understand that we walk out the
door with you because we're in love with you, because we're part of the process
with you, and because we know what you're going through. You may call us guides
or angels, even call us energy. Call us whatever you want to, but the fact is
that you're never alone. What a promise! Listen: The one who doesn't believe the
truth of this today has the same amount of angels who walk out the door with him
as with you! Did you know that? Then what does that tell you about the love of
God?


The Choice To Fear
What's your choice right now, dear one? For you have some choices to make. You
get a chance to fear what's coming, because there are plenty of Human Beings who
are going to tell you to fear 2012. Every single thing we have uttered for 20
years has been about this profound shift. It's about what you've done, the
potentials of what you can do, and the enlightened state that this planet has
the potential to move into about now. You're preparing for 2012 - not for the
doom that has been told to you from your fear mongers, but for the amazing truth
that has been given to you from the ancients who even carved the message into
the rock [the glyphs of the Mayans].

The Galactic Alignment is occurring as you speak. It's not something you are
going to get in December of 2012, but something that has already occurred! Check
out the truth of this with the current astronomers, and you will see that the
26,000-year cycle has already reached the precession peak. Why do you fear
something in 2012, when the "event" is already in progress? In addition, you
have been feeling this shift since 1998! How can you deny all the things around
you, as they shift and move and affect your lives? Isn't it obvious that you are
already within the apex of this alignment?*

Uninformed humanity is preparing for what most Human Beings feel might be a
challenge in 2012, but I tell you it won't be unless you personally create it.
It won't be a challenge if the Lightworkers have their way. It won't be any
different than the 2000 millennium shift or any of the other "doom" markers that
have been created by Humans for you to worry about. The creation of these doom
markers is big business for them. Start seeing the truth in this.

Now, I want to address those who are listening and those who may be reading this
and I want to tell you that 2012 is not the end of time. Those who built their
esoteric calendar [Mayans] got it right, which is to say that they saw a
cyclical arrangement of vibratory increase for this planet eventually affecting
consciousness. The new Crystalline Grid is also in alignment with this positive
shift, and this fact is a "wild card" that was not foreseen by the ancients. It
wasn't on their calendar, yet it coincides with their prophesy of a higher
vibrating Earth. The Crystalline Grid was created in approximately 2002 to carry
the Human consciousness shift and create real-time change. It is a product of
the unforeseen 1987 Harmonic Convergence shift and is one of the reasons that
you feel so much shift and change in such a collapsed amount of time. Yet, this
crystalline was not in their prophecies, nor was it in the prophecies of
Nostradamus. What does that tell you about this planet? It should shout that
there is no Human who can tell you what's going to happen!

You're looking at a new arrangement of these things. Where do you stand in the
fear department? What's your choice about that? What's your choice today about
that? If you want to fear it, you can. That is your free choice. However, if you
wish to find out the truth, you might look at the source! For the Mayans gave it
to you. They said that it is the beginning of a very high energy and a time when
Human consciousness might indeed move.

However, 2012 has the potential right now of being treated exactly like your
millennium turnover - lots of fear, remember? There was seemingly much Holy
Scripture about it, wasn't there? There were seemingly lots of quatrains, wasn't
there? Yet what happened? Not much. We're telling you that right now, as I sit
here in 2014, I'm giving you a message: Isn't it interesting what didn't happen!
[This is Kryon jumping to the future potential that we have created and giving
us a message as we look backwards at 2012.] So, where do you stand on this
subject, Human Beings? Your choice is to fear or not to fear. For what you do
today goes into the grid and stays there. It's a collective, you know?


The Economy
What's your participation, your choice, today when it comes to your economy?
We've said it before. We said it in December 2008. Do you have the courage to
celebrate the recession? Dear Human Being, in this country called America,
congratulations for what you just did! Never in the history of humanity has any
citizenship tackled the greed issue in a major force like this major economy -
one of the largest on Earth, the most significant on Earth and the most powerful
on Earth. But you have chosen to clean it up. And if you're looking at your
media, it's a horror story. If you're looking at your media, it was a surprise!
Let me ask you this: How could something be such a surprise when we told you
about it more than a year ago? Doesn't that tell you that the potential of this
clean up was in the process? It isn't a surprise at all!

The media will tell you that this is going to last a long time and they're not
really sure that you can climb out of this hole, if at all! However, the
potentials are clear that you're going to get through this, just as you got
through the other challenges of a shifting time. In the process, you're going to
become stronger. That's what pruning is!

"Well Kryon, the trees of our sinking economy look pretty ugly, don't they?"
Yes, but when you cut off all the branches in pruning, it's like you have killed
the tree, but you all know what happens when the sun comes out and spring
arrives. It's the same with your situation. The winter of spirituality is coming
to a close and the spring is upon you. You will see I'm right, for this is the
potential right now as I communicate to you [beginning of 2009].

This is not a shift just for New Age people. If you're going to have a shift for
the planet, it's going to have an effect on the mainstream of society. Where
does that mainstream exist the strongest? Financial! And you're changing it
first. The hardest thing you could do is to revamp the rules of lending and
credit within your credit-based economy, and you are doing it. Perhaps at the
same time your politics are changing? So, are you going to be afraid of it? Are
you going to be one of those who hides? What's your choice today, listener,
reader? For what you do today is going to affect the crystalline, and that
affects the entire planet. A Lightworker who makes a choice today not to fear is
worth a stadium filled with those who choose to fear. Did you know that? The
reason is because you have the light! That means that many will "see in the
dark" because of what you do, and light creates the lack of fear. When you are
no longer in a dark place, you do not have near the anxiety about what is around
you. Indeed, I have used the metaphor so many times, but it's the truth.


Choices About Esoteric Information
What is your choice quantumly about the earth? Now, we're going to get odd. If
you didn't think channelling was odd enough to begin with, this is odd.
[Laughter] Why are you here? What was your choice regarding that? Did you choose
to come at this time? What is your feeling on that? If you are reading these
words, if you're sitting in the chair before me, if you're listening to this or
reading this, the chances are that you realize that you chose this experience.
For that is the information that has been taught for a long time. And yet it's
still odd. "You mean I chose to come here and be here now?" Oh yes, you did.

What is your spiritual lineage and what have you chosen to be your lineage, dear
Human Being? Is it your choice to carry light? Perhaps, but the quantum choice
is the one I wish to speak of now, the one that has your name on it in the Cave
of Creation, part of the teaching of today. Do you realize your choice of today
is going to change the very essence of that crystalline structure of Earth, and
will affect who you come back as? Your choice of today also affects the earth's
energy today. This is new, and was not the case 20 years ago.

You actively agreed to come in within this time frame on this planet. This is
what is very significant, Lemurian. I'll say this again: There's so many of you
saying, "I'm just ordinary. I go to work. I have a family. I'm in survival mode
most of the time. I take care of myself, I take care of them, and that's all I
can do." Really? Then why are you here? Is it your choice to just be a survivor?
Why are you spiritually here? If you're reading this, why? What prompted you to
do that, survivor, or is there more? You know there's more.

Your very thoughts carry light. The very idea that you can raise your vibration
on this planet carries the light of the earth. It's going to result, within two
generations, in a very different planet. That's what we see, and that's what
we've always seen. What if just being here is enough? Few of you think that way,
for in 3D you feel you have to do something to seem to be of value. What if just
being is enough? Remember what we have said: A higher consciousness sends light
to the earth, period. It does not have to heal people, write books, or speak to
crowds. The true Lightworkers of Earth are the ones who simply exist in a
society and spread their joy through interactions and normal society living.

Lightworker, you are making a difference on this planet, and you are on
schedule. There were those who might say to you, "Well, the choice to come
during this time is a very odd one, because you have chosen a hard time to be
here. Look what's going on with the planet! In addition, you're going to hit
that 2012 marker, and of course, you'll all die. What a funny choice."

Oh, this is so laughable! It's worth a good chuckle from Spirit because the
opposite is what is true. The love of God does not bring you to this place so
that it can bury you in a dirt pile. It doesn't bring you here so you can die a
horrible death as the earth turns upside down and gets hit by a meteor. It
doesn't do that. That's not why you're here. You came by choice, one made while
on the other side of the veil. Now you're here with the mind of a 3D Human
Being, not the mind of God. So, what do you choose now? Do you want to hold the
light that you came to hold or not? Oh, it's no accident that you're in the
chair, reading this, or listening later to the channeller.

Some of you are beginning to realize that this message is for you, and this is a
real event. You are beginning to understand the truth that this is a voice
coming from the other side of the veil, and the voice is passionate because it's
in love with you. It wants to honor you. It wants to wash your feet. Are you
listening? Detractor, are you listening? Unbeliever, are you listening to me?
I'm telling you your feet are being washed even if you don't believe it, even if
you don't want it. You are loved beyond measure and you always will be, and
there's no judgment of you walking out the door, laughing.

Truly, I know who you are, brother, sister, and when it's all over and you take
your last breath, we'll be together yet again. Then we'll all laugh about this
day when you came and said, "That's not for me." Creator of Earth, you are! You
were there when it was molten and without form, knowing that some day you would
inhabit it when the time was correct.


What's Your Choice?

Ahh, old souls, what's your choice today? You've got so many. What's your choice
about healing? You want it or not? Well, you're not going to have it in a 3D
mode. Instead, you're going to have to get a bit interdimensional, and the tools
have arrived for that. It's not easy. What do you choose to do? Do you choose to
go there, to open that door, or is it too hard. Is it just a little too much out
of 3D reality where you don't want to attempt it, or maybe your mind can't get
into the program? Perhaps you would like to, but don't know where to start?

Here are your instructions. Sit before God and be loved! Say, "I'm ready to
become interdimensional, to broach the veil without knowing why or how. I'm wide
open, to feel the hand from the other side come out and grasp mine." Do you dare
do that? Do you dare connect with the Higher-Self? What's your choice? Is this
too hard, too unusual, too spooky? If you only knew how spooky each one of you
were now! [Laughter] The definition of spooky: Things that don't fit into 3D!

There is a beautiful system. Beautiful and perfect, it is. Old souls, I see you
complete. I don't see you in this lifetime with the gender that's pasted on your
face. I see the precious Human Being as a piece of God. I'm your brother, I'm
your sister. You're just like me. Choices.


Mining The Akash
Did you know that if you mine the Akash, you change it all? [To mine the Akash
is a new concept from Kryon where you go and pick up attributes of previously
lived lives. Kryon calls it a storehouse of what you have already earned.] Did
you know that if you go into the Akash and change anything, it affects what
happens next in your next lifetime? Did you know that? If you've created a
healed energy of self-worth, it stays healed. Did you know that? Just like the
spiritual jar that continues to fill up, all is available to you the next time
around. If you are able to create health and a longer life for yourself in this
lifetime, that's etched into your interdimensional DNA. When you come back, no
matter what soul you choose to be, that is the attribute that will be in your
DNA. Think of what that means for humanity! What you do today is the face of
humanity tomorrow.


Spiritual Choice

How many of you are willing to touch the face of God? What's your choice about
shift today? These two are related, you know? A shift is at hand, and it has
been happening for some time now. You should have known it when the world and
the geopolitical scene changed so greatly recently. You're in the middle of it.
What's your choice? Are you going to be part of it and enhance it? Or are you
going to fear it? For these things are what drives the next stage. One of the
things it will drive is how fast you come out of this recession. If you look at
the experts, they will give you all manner of things to consider. No one has the
answer. No expert guaranteed you would be in it, and no expert is here to tell
you what is going to happen. Therefore, it's your choice! Therefore, a fast
recovery is your choice! "Buy into" the experts or not. Fear the situation or
not. Participate in the recovery or not. It's a big, energetic issue, isn't it?
However, you are in control of it by the choices you make around it.

Do you want to touch the face of the Creator? It's not that hard because it's
you. There is peace there. Dear Human Being, there are those in this room who
say, "I'd love to do all these things, Kryon. I'd love to do all of this, but
it's just hard for me. I just don't know what's going on." There are those who
always say, "Kryon, you don't know what's going on with me. If you did, you
couldn't say these things." Dear Human Being, we know everything that's going
on! These things are said in integrity and they are real. They're for you. We
know what you're going through, for we walk with you daily. The moment you turn
loose of the fear, you'll find manifestation. Touch the face of the Higher-Self!
This has been the invitation to you for years, to find your own spiritual self,
to find the God-part of you, to find the divine part of you.

Touch the face of the Higher-Self today. I'm aware of who's here. A beautiful
system, it is, run by you, planned by you, and here you are hearing and reading
this. You must know that you are not a helpless pawn in all this. You control
it, and when you realize that and take that control, peace starts to be yours
forever. No drama. There'll be challenges, for that is humanity, isn't it? But
they never had to affect you the same. Never.

And so it is that this entity comes before you this day in this way with the
words that I have spoken this day about choice and about the love of Spirit for
humanity. Know this: You are no different than I. Like me, you belong on the
other side of the veil. This challenge called Human life is temporary. Consider
it a voice from home, if you wish. There'll come a day, I promise, I promise,
when we'll meet again in that Hall of Honor and we'll discuss this day with you
and when we had this brief time together, a day when you let me wash your feet.

And so it is.

The Choice To Fear
What's your choice right now, dear one? For you have some choices to make. You
get a chance to fear what's coming, because there are plenty of Human Beings who
are going to tell you to fear 2012. Every single thing we have uttered for 20
years has been about this profound shift. It's about what you've done, the
potentials of what you can do, and the enlightened state that this planet has
the potential to move into about now. You're preparing for 2012 - not for the
doom that has been told to you from your fear mongers, but for the amazing truth
that has been given to you from the ancients who even carved the message into
the rock [the glyphs of the Mayans].

The Galactic Alignment is occurring as you speak. It's not something you are
going to get in December of 2012, but something that has already occurred! Check
out the truth of this with the current astronomers, and you will see that the
26,000-year cycle has already reached the precession peak. Why do you fear
something in 2012, when the "event" is already in progress? In addition, you
have been feeling this shift since 1998! How can you deny all the things around
you, as they shift and move and affect your lives? Isn't it obvious that you are
already within the apex of this alignment?*

Uninformed humanity is preparing for what most Human Beings feel might be a
challenge in 2012, but I tell you it won't be unless you personally create it.
It won't be a challenge if the Lightworkers have their way. It won't be any
different than the 2000 millennium shift or any of the other "doom" markers that
have been created by Humans for you to worry about. The creation of these doom
markers is big business for them. Start seeing the truth in this.

Now, I want to address those who are listening and those who may be reading this
and I want to tell you that 2012 is not the end of time. Those who built their
esoteric calendar [Mayans] got it right, which is to say that they saw a
cyclical arrangement of vibratory increase for this planet eventually affecting
consciousness. The new Crystalline Grid is also in alignment with this positive
shift, and this fact is a "wild card" that was not foreseen by the ancients. It
wasn't on their calendar, yet it coincides with their prophesy of a higher
vibrating Earth. The Crystalline Grid was created in approximately 2002 to carry
the Human consciousness shift and create real-time change. It is a product of
the unforeseen 1987 Harmonic Convergence shift and is one of the reasons that
you feel so much shift and change in such a collapsed amount of time. Yet, this
crystalline was not in their prophecies, nor was it in the prophecies of
Nostradamus. What does that tell you about this planet? It should shout that
there is no Human who can tell you what's going to happen!

You're looking at a new arrangement of these things. Where do you stand in the
fear department? What's your choice about that? What's your choice today about
that? If you want to fear it, you can. That is your free choice. However, if you
wish to find out the truth, you might look at the source! For the Mayans gave it
to you. They said that it is the beginning of a very high energy and a time when
Human consciousness might indeed move.

However, 2012 has the potential right now of being treated exactly like your
millennium turnover - lots of fear, remember? There was seemingly much Holy
Scripture about it, wasn't there? There were seemingly lots of quatrains, wasn't
there? Yet what happened? Not much. We're telling you that right now, as I sit
here in 2014, I'm giving you a message: Isn't it interesting what didn't happen!
[This is Kryon jumping to the future potential that we have created and giving
us a message as we look backwards at 2012.] So, where do you stand on this
subject, Human Beings? Your choice is to fear or not to fear. For what you do
today goes into the grid and stays there. It's a collective, you know?


The Economy
What's your participation, your choice, today when it comes to your economy?
We've said it before. We said it in December 2008. Do you have the courage to
celebrate the recession? Dear Human Being, in this country called America,
congratulations for what you just did! Never in the history of humanity has any
citizenship tackled the greed issue in a major force like this major economy -
one of the largest on Earth, the most significant on Earth and the most powerful
on Earth. But you have chosen to clean it up. And if you're looking at your
media, it's a horror story. If you're looking at your media, it was a surprise!
Let me ask you this: How could something be such a surprise when we told you
about it more than a year ago? Doesn't that tell you that the potential of this
clean up was in the process? It isn't a surprise at all!

The media will tell you that this is going to last a long time and they're not
really sure that you can climb out of this hole, if at all! However, the
potentials are clear that you're going to get through this, just as you got
through the other challenges of a shifting time. In the process, you're going to
become stronger. That's what pruning is!

"Well Kryon, the trees of our sinking economy look pretty ugly, don't they?"
Yes, but when you cut off all the branches in pruning, it's like you have killed
the tree, but you all know what happens when the sun comes out and spring
arrives. It's the same with your situation. The winter of spirituality is coming
to a close and the spring is upon you. You will see I'm right, for this is the
potential right now as I communicate to you [beginning of 2009].

This is not a shift just for New Age people. If you're going to have a shift for
the planet, it's going to have an effect on the mainstream of society. Where
does that mainstream exist the strongest? Financial! And you're changing it
first. The hardest thing you could do is to revamp the rules of lending and
credit within your credit-based economy, and you are doing it. Perhaps at the
same time your politics are changing? So, are you going to be afraid of it? Are
you going to be one of those who hides? What's your choice today, listener,
reader? For what you do today is going to affect the crystalline, and that
affects the entire planet. A Lightworker who makes a choice today not to fear is
worth a stadium filled with those who choose to fear. Did you know that? The
reason is because you have the light! That means that many will "see in the
dark" because of what you do, and light creates the lack of fear. When you are
no longer in a dark place, you do not have near the anxiety about what is around
you. Indeed, I have used the metaphor so many times, but it's the truth.


Choices About Esoteric Information
What is your choice quantumly about the earth? Now, we're going to get odd. If
you didn't think channelling was odd enough to begin with, this is odd.
[Laughter] Why are you here? What was your choice regarding that? Did you choose
to come at this time? What is your feeling on that? If you are reading these
words, if you're sitting in the chair before me, if you're listening to this or
reading this, the chances are that you realize that you chose this experience.
For that is the information that has been taught for a long time. And yet it's
still odd. "You mean I chose to come here and be here now?" Oh yes, you did.

What is your spiritual lineage and what have you chosen to be your lineage, dear
Human Being? Is it your choice to carry light? Perhaps, but the quantum choice
is the one I wish to speak of now, the one that has your name on it in the Cave
of Creation, part of the teaching of today. Do you realize your choice of today
is going to change the very essence of that crystalline structure of Earth, and
will affect who you come back as? Your choice of today also affects the earth's
energy today. This is new, and was not the case 20 years ago.

You actively agreed to come in within this time frame on this planet. This is
what is very significant, Lemurian. I'll say this again: There's so many of you
saying, "I'm just ordinary. I go to work. I have a family. I'm in survival mode
most of the time. I take care of myself, I take care of them, and that's all I
can do." Really? Then why are you here? Is it your choice to just be a survivor?
Why are you spiritually here? If you're reading this, why? What prompted you to
do that, survivor, or is there more? You know there's more.

Your very thoughts carry light. The very idea that you can raise your vibration
on this planet carries the light of the earth. It's going to result, within two
generations, in a very different planet. That's what we see, and that's what
we've always seen. What if just being here is enough? Few of you think that way,
for in 3D you feel you have to do something to seem to be of value. What if just
being is enough? Remember what we have said: A higher consciousness sends light
to the earth, period. It does not have to heal people, write books, or speak to
crowds. The true Lightworkers of Earth are the ones who simply exist in a
society and spread their joy through interactions and normal society living.

Lightworker, you are making a difference on this planet, and you are on
schedule. There were those who might say to you, "Well, the choice to come
during this time is a very odd one, because you have chosen a hard time to be
here. Look what's going on with the planet! In addition, you're going to hit
that 2012 marker, and of course, you'll all die. What a funny choice."

Oh, this is so laughable! It's worth a good chuckle from Spirit because the
opposite is what is true. The love of God does not bring you to this place so
that it can bury you in a dirt pile. It doesn't bring you here so you can die a
horrible death as the earth turns upside down and gets hit by a meteor. It
doesn't do that. That's not why you're here. You came by choice, one made while
on the other side of the veil. Now you're here with the mind of a 3D Human
Being, not the mind of God. So, what do you choose now? Do you want to hold the
light that you came to hold or not? Oh, it's no accident that you're in the
chair, reading this, or listening later to the channeller.

Some of you are beginning to realize that this message is for you, and this is a
real event. You are beginning to understand the truth that this is a voice
coming from the other side of the veil, and the voice is passionate because it's
in love with you. It wants to honor you. It wants to wash your feet. Are you
listening? Detractor, are you listening? Unbeliever, are you listening to me?
I'm telling you your feet are being washed even if you don't believe it, even if
you don't want it. You are loved beyond measure and you always will be, and
there's no judgment of you walking out the door, laughing.

Truly, I know who you are, brother, sister, and when it's all over and you take
your last breath, we'll be together yet again. Then we'll all laugh about this
day when you came and said, "That's not for me." Creator of Earth, you are! You
were there when it was molten and without form, knowing that some day you would
inhabit it when the time was correct.


What's Your Choice?

Ahh, old souls, what's your choice today? You've got so many. What's your choice
about healing? You want it or not? Well, you're not going to have it in a 3D
mode. Instead, you're going to have to get a bit interdimensional, and the tools
have arrived for that. It's not easy. What do you choose to do? Do you choose to
go there, to open that door, or is it too hard. Is it just a little too much out
of 3D reality where you don't want to attempt it, or maybe your mind can't get
into the program? Perhaps you would like to, but don't know where to start?

Here are your instructions. Sit before God and be loved! Say, "I'm ready to
become interdimensional, to broach the veil without knowing why or how. I'm wide
open, to feel the hand from the other side come out and grasp mine." Do you dare
do that? Do you dare connect with the Higher-Self? What's your choice? Is this
too hard, too unusual, too spooky? If you only knew how spooky each one of you
were now! [Laughter] The definition of spooky: Things that don't fit into 3D!

There is a beautiful system. Beautiful and perfect, it is. Old souls, I see you
complete. I don't see you in this lifetime with the gender that's pasted on your
face. I see the precious Human Being as a piece of God. I'm your brother, I'm
your sister. You're just like me. Choices.


Mining The Akash
Did you know that if you mine the Akash, you change it all? [To mine the Akash
is a new concept from Kryon where you go and pick up attributes of previously
lived lives. Kryon calls it a storehouse of what you have already earned.] Did

New Beginnings

I, Maitreya come to speak with you, to share knowledge with you as we sit
together in the One Light. The angels (archangels) Urial and Michael accompany
me. My brothers Kuthumi and El Moyra are ever close also - and so we unite.

I come today to speak of new beginnings on many levels - many levels. For it is
time now for your conscious adjustment. It is time for you of the Light, of the
faithful will and desire to step forward, to create the new. Many here have
spoken to you, many have healed and guided you on your rocky paths toward this
time. Man has awaited this time in his development for thousands of years. Now
it is here. It has begun.

As you think of the fire you think of the many forms - and the colors also. You
are already familiar with the violet flame used to transmute negative memories,
emotions and matter. I speak of another two this day - the red and the yellow
flames. Yes there is also the blue and white flames, given also with great
purpose to mankind.

The Red Flame of will, of boundaries of the mind, boundaries of development now
reaches a renewed higher purpose. It is this flame which has been related to the
rising of the Kundalini energy. For this flame destroys all old decay, old
boundaries, old attitudes contained within you, so great is it's power and
strength.
Yet it breathes new life also into the void which it leaves behind. The Light
and breath of the Universe travels on the Red Flame of new creation.

To create new from the old, tired worn out energies. A new birth, a fresh spirit
of life born within you once more.

The Red Flame is the new fire spirit - the creator, not the destroyer. New
attitudes are being birthed at this wondrous time on your planet. New attitudes.
For it is not enough to read, and go on your way again. The new knowledge of
spirit, of the Universe must be given life through a pure attitude, and chosen
actions. The Red Flame may leave you breathless, feeling light in the head. The
physical aching as the adjustments of the Universe continue to course through
your cells into the very atoms of creation.

This all happens within you. Your physical bodies are adjusting to a new energy
force in your atmosphere - you are breathing the change dear children.
Understand you are expericing this. You feel tired, weary.

What can you do now? Relax, breath and change your attitude to one of
acceptance, one of gratitude. For the change written of in your history books
for Earth is upon you. You are experiencing it, yes.

How wondrous this is, is it not? Scientists are now verifying the many changing
energies, the photon energy, the sun's energy changes. This will assist those
among you who doubt what we say. You may doubt because you are as yet unable to
see us, yet if you let the wall you built around you down, you would feel us,
and verify our presence.
It is a time to change your attitude, to one of acceptance.

Not only of the Earth changes, but of mankind's evolutionary changes as well.
Nothing remains the same, all things move, pulsate with vibration and grow. It
has always been this way. What is different now in your time, is that we now
tell you, we explain the changes to you and help you overcome the old worn out
negative attitudes and ways.

You have just experienced an Equinox time. We celebrate this time here in the
most joyous celebrationary ways. We dance, sing, play instruments of music, and
spread our joy and love to all in celebration. The Equinox is the Universal New
Year, a time of new beginnings, a time to create anew.

To breath in new life force energies, wonderful united energies where your
Heaven and Earth merge, where you merge with God, the Creator, opening yourself
to universal abundance and harmony, with Divine Spirit. It is a great time of
Union, of Oneness.

The planet Earth also now is entering a time of rebirth, and change will be felt
by all life forms who inhabit Earth. She will spew up your rubbish which you
sought to hide in her sea beds with no forethought nor care for another. But
now, you must change your thinking, you must change as you leave the lower
dimensions behind and embrace fully the 5th dimension, the beginning of another,
the 6th dimension on your horizon. Only those who are prepared, who are willing
to shed the old ways, the old attitude and embrace the Universal Divine Light
will enjoy the benefits of the Yellow Flame which I give now.

For it is the Yellow Flame which lies in the shadow of the Divine Trinity, which
will cleanse, refresh and renew your spirit in readiness for the final step in
Oneness. Only those who are ready are able to hold and birth into the Yellow
Flame. Those who hold an incorrect attitude will not be able to endure nor hold
the vibration of this Flame. This flame radiates in the Light of the Higher
Heart which Kuthumi has spoken to you of. This prepares you to embrace fully the
6th Dimensional energy.

So it is a great time, a time for birth of the new. Your hopes, desires and
wishes are waiting to be made manifest. Doubt of any kind, no matter how small
is not tolerated, nor given any form of energy in the realms of manifestation -
our realms. We have all we desire. It is in our knowledge that we may create all
joyous and wondrous fantasies. We have abundant attitudes held in the Divine
Light where all is possible.

Yet the manifestation which I speak to you of now is within you. Within the
chambers of your mind, and your heart. For it is necessary as you progress
forward to believe totally, to rebirth your faith as a child of the Universe, of
the Light. Rebirth an abundant, positive attitude of Light. Where you will no
longer perform an act without considering any impact of your action on another,
and I include Earth.

So now, who among you are ready to transverse the eye of the Light? Who is
prepared? Who will make themselves ready throughout dimensional shifts?

I Maitreya give thanks to those present here with me. Uriel (archangel) will
assist you in your manifestations, and as always Michael (archangel) will seek
truth and justice. El Moyra will assist you with the correct use of your will.

New greenhouse gases targeted by UN talks

Delegates at UN climate talks on Tuesday targeted more than a dozen new
industrial chemicals for inclusion in the successor to the Kyoto Protocol
climate treaty, which runs out in 2012.
The synthetic compounds are potent greenhouse gases that could, if produced in
large quantities, contribute significantly to global warming, scientists warn.

"In terms of the impact these new gases will have over the next decade, it is
not that significant," said Steve Sawyer, executive director of the Global Wind
Energy Council, an industry lobbying group.

"What is important is the political message it sends to the chemical industry:
'stop inventing gases with a high global warming potential'," he told AFP.

Most are not yet widely used, but at least one -- nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) --
is a standard component in the manufacture of computers and LCD flat-screen
televisions.

Sun Plunges Into The Quietest Solar Minimum In A Century

The sunspot cycle is behaving a little like the stock market. Just when you
think it has hit bottom, it goes even lower.
2008 was a bear. There were no sunspots observed on 266 of the year's 366 days
(73 percent). To find a year with more blank suns, you have to go all the way
back to 1913, which had 311 spotless days. Prompted by these numbers, some
observers suggested that the solar cycle had hit bottom in 2008.

Maybe not. Sunspot counts for 2009 have dropped even lower. As of March 31st,
there were no sunspots on 78 of the year's 90 days (87 percent).

It adds up to one inescapable conclusion: "We're experiencing a very deep solar
minimum," says solar physicist Dean Pesnell of NASA's Goddard Space Flight
Center in Greenbelt, Md.

"This is the quietest sun we've seen in almost a century," agrees forecaster
David Hathaway of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.

Quiet suns come along every 11 years or so. It's a natural part of the sunspot
cycle, discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Schwabe in the mid-1800s.
Sunspots are planet-sized islands of magnetism on the surface of the sun, and
they are sources of solar flares, coronal mass ejections, and intense UV
radiation.

Plotting sunspot counts, Schwabe saw that peaks of solar activity were always
followed by valleys of relative calm-a clockwork pattern that has held true for
more than 200 years.

The current solar minimum is part of that pattern. In fact, it's right on time.
But is it supposed to be this quiet?

Measurements by the Ulysses spacecraft reveal a 20 percent drop in solar wind
pressure since the mid-1990s-the lowest point since such measurements began in
the 1960s. The solar wind helps keep galactic cosmic rays out of the inner solar
system.

With the solar wind flagging, more cosmic rays penetrate the solar system,
resulting in increased health hazards for astronauts. Weaker solar wind also
means fewer geomagnetic storms and auroras on Earth.

Careful measurements by several NASA spacecraft have also shown that the sun's
brightness has dimmed by 0.02 percent at visible wavelengths and a whopping 6
percent at extreme UV wavelengths since the solar minimum of 1996. These changes
are not enough to reverse global warming, but there are some other, noticeable
side-effects.

Earth's upper atmosphere is heated less by the sun and it is therefore less
"puffed up." Satellites in Earth orbit experience less atmospheric drag,
extending their operational lifetimes. That's the good news. Unfortunately,
space junk also remains in orbit longer, posing an increased threat to useful
satellites. Finally, radio telescopes are recording the dimmest "radio sun"
since 1955.

After World War II, astronomers began keeping records of the sun's brightness at
radio wavelengths, particularly 10.7 cm. Some researchers believe that the
lessening of radio emissions during this solar minimum is an indication of
weakness in the sun's global magnetic field. No one is certain, however, because
the source of these long-monitored radio emissions is not fully understood.

All these lows have sparked a debate about whether the ongoing minimum is
extreme or just an overdue market correction following a string of unusually
intense solar maxima.

"Since the Space Age began in the 1950s, solar activity has been generally
high," notes Hathaway. "Five of the ten most intense solar cycles on record have
occurred in the last 50 years. We're just not used to this kind of deep calm."

Deep calm was fairly common a hundred years ago. The solar minima of 1901 and
1913, for instance, were even longer than what we're experiencing now. To match
those minima in depth and longevity, the current minimum will have to last at
least another year.

In a way, the calm is exciting, says Pesnell. "For the first time in history,
we're getting to observe a deep solar minimum."

A fleet of spacecraft - including the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO),
the twin probes of the Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory (STEREO), and
several other satellites - are all studying the sun and its effects on Earth.
Using technology that didn't exist 100 years ago, scientists are measuring solar
winds, cosmic rays, irradiance and magnetic fields and finding that solar
minimum is much more interesting than anyone expected.

Modern technology cannot, however, predict what comes next. Competing models by
dozens of solar physicists disagree, sometimes sharply, on when this solar
minimum will end and how big the next solar maximum will be. The great
uncertainty stems from one simple fact: No one fully understands the underlying
physics of the sunspot cycle.

Pesnell believes sunspot counts should pick up again soon, "possibly by the end
of the year," to be followed by a solar maximum of below-average intensity in
2012 or 2013.

Alchemy & Creating Your Heaven on Earth

What is Alchemy? It can be simply defined as changing the frequency of thought,
altering the harmonics of matter and applying the elements of Love to create a
desired result.  For example, if you wish to drink water, it is useful to have a
container to hold the water. Similarly, to hold the wisdom of Alchemy for your
creations, you must also have a container. The aura is an electromagnetic field
surrounding you, but it has lost it�s definition or structure. It�s the water
without a container.  By re-building the aura to the form of one of the sacred
geometric fields, (such as the Octahedron, Tetrahedron or Cube), the container
is created.  Each geometry is an antenna; the transmitter and receiver of a
unique, higher dimensional body of wisdom.

The aura without structure and focus is like a radio that cannot lock onto a
station.  By creating a specifically tuned transmitter and receiver you start to
tune this Personal Energy Field to your own frequency.  This allows you to tune
out incoherent frequencies.  These disruptive frequencies don't belong to you

Simple, Easy, But So Much More...

As a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu, I am always excited about the practice of
self-help for others and myself.  I give "tips" to my clients on stress
reduction and self-help from the great wealth of knowledge that Jin Shin Jyutsu
has established and provides.  One of my basic self-help techniques that I
recommend, and practice myself, is the self-help of "holding" your fingers. 
While this is something we may do naturally, we do it without understanding why.

Jin Shin Jyutsu uses the hands as "jumper cables" to clear stuck energy in the
SELs.  There are 26 SELs located on the human body.  A simple way to view the
SEL is as a circuit breaker.  When the SEL is clear, the energy flows smoothly
throughout the body.  When the SEL shuts down, the energy flow shuts down.  The
energy does not get through the body and stagnates or backs up, and an illness
appears in the corresponding SEL site of the body.  Jin Shin Jyutsu provides the
clearing of the SELs in a way that is soothing and relaxing.  The clearing of
the SEL provides the body a mechanism to free stagnant energy and keep us
healthy.

There are 26 SELs on the right side of our body and 26 SELs on the left side of
our body.  Each SEL has a meaning and brings a specific harmony and balance for
our body.  All 26 SELs are also "located" on our hands.

We also have attitudes associated with each thumb/finger of our hands.  Attitude
can make or break a person, a company, a home, etc.  Each day we have the choice
regarding our attitude, how we will embrace that day, as well as throughout the
day.  The attitudes associated with the thumb and fingers are:

- Thumb (Worry)

- Index Finger (Fear)

- Middle Finger (Anger)

- Ring Finger (Sadness)

- Little Finger (Try To)

The harmony of the hands is about being in the body as joy.  If you have
disharmony, you can do something to let go of that and in its place have
harmony.  Doing the fingers teaches if form follows thought, and thought impacts
the body, then you can change something about yourself you dislike with this
simple, powerful exercise.  The power and ultimate responsibility to make a
change lies within you.  When you hold the fingers, you clear all the SELs and
attitudes. Let's hold our fingers now.



Technique:

1- Wrap the right thumb and fingers around the left thumb, index finger, middle
finger, ring finger and little finger � one at a time.  Imagine holding a small
child's hand.  No pressure is used.

2- As each thumb or finger is held, breath slow and deep (at least 6 breaths). 
You should feel a pulsing or throbbing in the finger or thumb you are holding. 
You can hold for as long as you like or just the 6 breaths.  Please note:  you
may not feel any pulsing for many reasons � hold for the 6 breaths and continue
on, all is in



Divine Order.

3- Reverse the hands and repeat steps 1 and 2 again.

Congratulations!  You have successfully completed "holding" your fingers.  This
is something that can be done anywhere and at anytime.

Sleep problems linked to suicide

Adults who suffer chronic sleep problems may be more likely to try to commit
suicide, US research suggests.

Doctors are being warned to be vigilant if a patient reports disturbed sleep -
even if they have no history of mental health problems.

The more types of sleep disturbances people had, the more likely they were to
have thoughts of killing themselves, or actually try to do so.

The study will be presented at a World Psychiatric Association meeting.

The World Health Organization estimates that about 877,000 people worldwide die
by suicide every year. For every death up to 40 suicide attempts are made.

Scientists have consistently linked sleep disturbances to an increased risk of
suicidal behaviour in people with psychiatric disorders and in adolescents.

But it has been unclear whether the association also exists in the general adult
population.

Sleep disturbance

A University of Michigan team examined the relationship over one year between
sleep problems, and suicidal behaviour in 5,692 Americans. During the course of
the year 2.6% of the sample had suicidal thoughts, and 0.5% were recorded as
making a suicide attempt.

INSOMNIA

On any given night one in three people will be stuggling with insomnia
Women twice as likely to be affected
10% of people have clinical insomnia
Can be treated with techniques such as cognitive behaviour therapy
They looked at three types of sleep problems - difficulty falling asleep,
difficulty staying asleep and waking at least two hours earlier than desired.

The researchers took account of factors such as substance abuse, depression,
anxiety disorder, and physical illness, as well as social factors such as
marriage and financial status.

People with two or more symptoms of insomnia were 2.6 times more likely to
report a suicide attempt than those whose sleep was not disturbed.

Early morning waking was the single trait most strongly linked to suicidal
behaviour.

Lead researcher Dr Marcin Wojnar said: "The presence of sleep problems should
alert doctors to assess such patients for a heightened risk of suicide even if
they don't have a psychiatric condition.

"Our findings also raise the possibility that addressing sleep problems could
reduce the risk of suicidal behaviours."

Underlying link

Dr Wojnar said it was possible that sleep disorders and suicidal thoughts were
both the manifestation of a troubled psyche, or that poor sleep drove people to
thoughts of suicide.

But he also suggested there could be an underlying physiological link between
the two which was not clear.

Experts have suggested that a lack of sleep might affect the way the brain
works, leading to poor judgement and less ability to control impulses.

It is also suspected that both sleep disorders and suicidal thoughts might be
linked to an imbalance in the chemical serotonin, which plays a key role in
regulating mood.

Dr Daniel Freeman, of the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College London, said
the study showed that insomnia was very common, and could have a significant
effect on psychological well-being.

He said: "It is very plausible that suicidal thoughts, which happen when we are
depressed and find it hard to think our way out of our problems, have been
linked to insomnia.

"However it needs to be remembered that insomnia is very common and suicidal
thoughts less so. Most people with insomnia manage the effects very well.

"Insomnia only triggers severe problems for people with a pre-existing
vulnerability."

Sleep important

Dr Neil Stanley, a sleep expert at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital,
said: "This study reinforces the fact that good sleep is vital for good
physical, mental and emotional health.

"Poor sleep has long been linked with an increased risk of depression, but this
study suggests that the increased risk of suicidal behaviour is not necessarily
linked to depression and thus can affect those that doctors might not feel are
at risk.

"It is another demonstration of the importance, both as an individual and as a
society, of getting good sleep."

New website to help men with bulimia

A man who spent years struggling with bulimia has set up a website for men with
eating disorders because he says most of the help available is aimed at women.

Sam Thomas, 23, developed the condition at school when he was bullied from the
age of 13.

He told Radio 5 Live that he'd always assumed it was a woman's problem.

"I initially sought help when I was 16. I saw an after hours doctor because I
was in a completely desperate situation.

"At 18, when I got help then, I did tell my regular doctor what I was dealing
with and they said to me, 'You're just depressed'.

"If I was a female with the exact set of situations I was going through with my
bulimia then I would have probably got help for that a lot quicker."

Sam Thomas found out he had a problem after reading an agony aunt column in his
mum's magazine.

He says bullying and low self-esteem led to him becoming bulimic.

He said: "It all kind of started with bullying at school and lots of other
aspects."

More than a million people have eating disorders in the UK.

Between 10 and 20% of people with the condition are men, according to research
from eating disorder charity Beat.

Sam Thomas says he hopes his website will help men talk about the condition
more.

"The website offers information and advice because often we don't hear a lot of
information specifically for males.

"Also it offers a message board where men can share their experiences and offer
peer support.

"I'm getting emails from people all over the country, men that suffer eating
disorders, also from around the world. I've had emails from people living in
America and New Zealand."

If a man told you he'd got an ED, what would you think? Surprised that he was
telling you about his erectile dysfunction and a little impresssed at his
courage because it's something that's not easy to talk about. Maybe.

But for some men there's an ED that's even harder to discuss � eating disorders.
Not only is it difficult to recognise an eating disorder in yourself, it can
also be difficult to convince others � including doctors.

In fact eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia are not just women's
problems. Thousands of men have them and the number is growing. Left
unrecognised and untreated they can be very dangerous to health indeed. Eating

Study: Arctic sea ice melting faster than expected

WASHINGTON � Arctic sea ice is melting so fast most of it could be gone in 30
years. A new analysis of changing conditions in the region, using complex
computer models of weather and climate, says conditions that had been forecast
by the end of the century could occur much sooner.

A change in the amount of ice is important because the white surface reflects
sunlight back into space. When ice is replaced by dark ocean water that sunlight
can be absorbed, warming the water and increasing the warming of the planet.

The finding adds to concern about climate change caused by human activities such
as burning fossil fuels, a problem that has begun receiving more attention in
the Obama administration and is part of the G20 discussions under way in London.

"Due to the recent loss of sea ice, the 2005-2008 autumn central Arctic surface
air temperatures were greater than 5 degrees Celsius (9 degrees Fahrenheit)
above" what would be expected, the new study reports.

That amount of temperature increase had been expected by the year 2070.

The new report by Muyin Wang of the Joint Institute for the Study of Atmosphere
and Ocean and James E. Overland of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration's Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, appears in Friday's
edition of the journal Geophysical Research Letters.

They expect the area covered by summer sea ice to decline from about 2.8 million
square miles normally to 620,000 square miles within 30 years.

Last year's summer minimum was 1.8 million square miles in September, second
lowest only to 2007 which had a minimum of 1.65 million square miles, according
to the National Snow and Ice Data Center.

The Center said Arctic sea ice reached its winter maximum for this year at 5.8
million square miles on Feb. 28. That was 278,000 square miles below the
1979-2000 average making it the fifth lowest on record. The six lowest maximums
since 1979 have all occurred in the last six years.

Overland and Wang combined sea-ice observations with six complex computer models
used by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to reach their
conclusions. Combining several computer models helps avoid uncertainties caused
by natural variability.

Much of the remaining ice would be north of Canada and Greenland, with much less
between Alaska and Russia in the Pacific Arctic.

"The Arctic is often called the Earth's refrigerator because the sea ice helps
cool the planet by reflecting the sun's radiation back into space," Wang said in
a statement. "With less ice, the sun's warmth is instead absorbed by the open
water, contributing to warmer temperatures in the water and the air."

The study was supported by the NOAA Climate Change Program Office, the Institute
for the Study of the Ocean and Atmosphere and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Indigos as Fathers

I have been out of town this past week and spent more time than usual in
restaurants and in around many people. At dinner one night I sat next to a young
couple with a very young baby girl. The father had very strong Indigo energy and
I was curious to see how he would interact with his daughter. I watched as he
held, fed and took care of her during their dinner. He was so gentle and loving
with her that it was a joy to watch. From his actions you could see that he was
entirely focused on his role as a father and committed to caring for this child.
This is the new parenting model that Indigos are introducing, where parents
share the responsibility of caring for their children. This is a real change
from the traditional model, where the mother cares for the young children and
the father is not involved.

That is not to say that every Indigo male will be a wonderful father but those
that decide to have children and to be involved with them will make wonderful
parents. Most are from single parent homes and had difficult childhood
experiences. They have already decided how they will raise their children and
what kind of parents they will be. They also want to be ready, emotionally and
financially, for this task, so they are waiting until they can meet these
commitments before they begin. But once they are ready, they will fulfill their
roles with the same level of intention and focus that they bring to anything
they are committed to.

Many young Indigos will wait until their late twenties and early thirties to
begin a family. All Indigos seem to be in this situation and they choose to wait
for several reasons, beginning with their lack of maturity and confidence. Some
have not yet found their career path or are still living with parents or
roommates and are simply not ready. When they decide that the time is right,
they will become motivated to find a partner and put their plans in motion. Like
everything else they do, though, they will not move forward until they feel
ready for the challenge and commit to it fully.

This is not true for all Indigos, some do have children and struggle with trying
to meet the financial and emotional obligations that arise with having children.
When they are not prepared for these responsibilities they have to turn to their
parents for help. But those that do decide to take this step when they are
ready. And then we will be surprised at how responsible and mature they can be
(and wonder why they did not do this before). As with everything that Indigos
do, they have to feel right about the timing, be comfortable with their choices
and will make these decisions in their own time. We can support them by
remembering that we can't force them to do anything. But when they are ready,
