What is Light?

Light is God. Light is Energy. This Light is the Supreme Intelligence.
The Light is the Source from which this whole creation has manifested.
The Light is the source from which all of us have come. The Light is
our Origin. We are particles of Light. We are Light. It is important
to know this and Experience this. This Light is not the Physical
Light. It is the Divine Light that is the Source of Love, Peace,
Truth, Wisdom and all Life.

Where is Light?

Light is everywhere. The Light referred here is of a higher realm, a
higher frequency.  Light is omnipresent. It exists at a subtler
level.  The Light has Love, Intelligence, Compassion and Power. It has
all the positive energies. Its vibrations build up a field of energy
that works in ways incomprehensible to us and transforms our lives.
Light also has consciousness and it heals. Time heals, but Light heals
faster and directly.

We can be in communion with it all times, take its help even in the
smallest details of our lives. The awareness of an individual remains,
most of the time, at the level of the body-mind-intellect. The person
perceives himself not as the radiant Soul, but as an ordinary human
being, living a life of struggles and triumphs between life and death.
The experience of Light breaks all these limitations and awakens an
individual to his divine nature!

At the Threshold: How Near-Death Experiences Transform People

My research has shown me that the near-death experience is not some kind of
anomaly, but is, rather, part of the larger genre of transformations of
consciousness. The clue most researchers miss is stress; specifically, the

Dear Universal Healing Family,

I've recently gotten involved in some amazing new work and become part of
an exciting global community to further my understanding and
experience of *Heart
Intelligence*.

*What is Heart Intelligence? * To be completely honest, I feel I'm still on
a journey to learn exactly what it is, and all that it encompasses. In some

the scientific research I was involved in (more on this below!) that the
heart actually connects to a field that exists beyond our traditional
space-time boundaries, and accesses information from this field, making it
available to the brain and body.  I personally believe that heart
intelligence sources from the awareness of our Spirit, or Higher Self, and
as we learn to *live* more and more from and "in" our hearts, we integrate
more of our Spirit into our humanness. I also believe that this process of
connecting more deeply with the awareness and wisdom of our heart is key to
the global shift in consciousness currently unfolding on the Planet.

*So, what does activating heart intelligence bring to us,

realities, becoming an active architect of our experience. We live from our
authentic Truth, instead of our conditioning. We move from emotional
disconnection or numbness to being able to joyfully experience *all *our
feelings. We have more consistent access to an internal guidance system
that enables new ways of perceiving our reality and new ways of masterfully
modulating our emotions and emotional energy. Our relationships deepen and
grow, and life becomes much more *juicy!*  What�s more, when we join with
others to connect to our Heart Intelligence in groups or community, this
creates a powerful, healing amplified field that makes the practice even
more powerful, effective, and fun.

We all know that animals have feelings.


Look at Dogs, horses, cats etc they show much compassion to  their owners.



It was a beautiful summers day and I was checking for any  aircraft for
sale on Ebay
when I noticed there was an aircraft a Cessna 172 for sale It  looked quite
expensive however I thought I would give a call to the  seller.








The aircraft was at Kemble airport some 3 hours  drive away.



I rang the owner this is how the conversation went  :

Amarjit Singh "I am ringing  about the aircraft for sale"





Richard "I am sorry you will have to call back we are busy at  present with
our horse, who is ill "
Amarjit. "Do you want me to look at the horse and  pray"




Richard"How can you, you are at London Biggin Hill UK we are  miles away"


Amarjit " I can ask God"


Richard "Okay there is no harm in trying"




I asked God and my Guru Sai Baba to allow  my consciousness to reach the
Horse



As I looked at the Horse I could see that there was much  disturbance in
the abdomen which Richard confirmed internal organ  failure!


The Horse spoke and said, "Amarjit, why is  my head pounding away there is
so much disturbance in my head please help  me!"




I spiritually scanned the head and was shown pain killers  affecting the
horse, I asked the Angels to help reduce the  pain.



The Horse spoke and said "Amarjit, I feel a  lot better, please ask my
Owner where are my  testicles".


I was shocked I could not understand what the horse  meant!

(It was only now I realized Horse testicles are removed for  better
performance etc)



I spoke "Richard, your horse wants to know where are his  testicles"



There was this silence and Richard spoke"  It was nothing to do with me the
Vet removed his  testicles"
The Horse spoke " It matters not who removed them , but who  gave the
command why were they removed?"




Richard was by now very sorry I could feel his sorrow as his  heart had
opened up, for he truly loved his Horse I could feel waves of  compassion for
his horse emanating from him,
"His testicles were removed(Gelded) because he is a Racing  horse."





The Horse said I cannot forgive all involved in this , I will  not forgive
you all have to bear this wrong doing to me. I wanted to have  children and
a normal life I have been refused I have been denied this I curse  all
involved,





I asked Richard to ask forgiveness, As he  asked from his heart and as this
was a lesson for him from God to awaken his  Dormant spirituality his Horse
agreed and forgave all  involved.


He died shortly after,



We bought this aircraft later and it flies  beautifully.

This raises the question Do animals have a soul and  feelings-
think about this deeply




Meditate and ask for the answers within  yourself God always responds.
Its in meditation that we can hear the  voice of God as the constant
chitter chatter in our brain is stilled . About 15  min's a day meditation is
very
good.

In her book, `No Less Than Greatness,' Mary Manin Morrissey speaks of

"Your Sacred Self, Making The Decision To Be Free"

As you listen more closely to your sacred self and transcend your ego,
so too will the world ego be shifted away from power, control and money
back to the basic virtues of higher awareness--back to peace, beauty,
love, purity, tolerance, patience and compassion. This does not mean
that the benefits of technology cannot be enjoyed. It means that the ego
will not be the motivating force in our lives. What we truly are as a
people is a force that craves peace and simplicity.

We want that deeper awareness that comes with the sanity of the higher
self. It is insane to continue believing that we are a collection of
tribes, each with a separate identity and a special mission. It is
insane to believe that anyone who does not fit into our particular
tribal mentality is a potential enemy.

We know that there is not a separate God for each of us, or even for
each of our tribes. We know that there is a universal divine
intelligence that flows through all of us, and in that sacred space
within us we are all one and the same. We know that we are spiritual
beings trying to learn how to be human. We know that the best within us
is love, kindness and compassion.

As our higher selves begin to triumph over ego in the daily decision
making of our lives, we will truly be making progress on the path of the
sacred quest for all of humanity. You must banish all doubt about your
ability to facilitate such a quest and begin to know that you are both
the microcosm and the macrocosm.

The world ego is destined to be restrained as more individuals look
within and consult the highest part of themselves. The doubts are
vanishing and the spiritual revolution is well under way. Moving toward
an egoless world is not some far-fetched idea, any more than the
disintegration of the Iron Curtain was a far-fetched idea. To those who
heard such talk a few years before it happened, it did indeed seem
absurd. But ideas, thoughts and inner knowing are powerful instruments
for the disintegration of the false self.

One of the simplest and most powerful ways of doing this is taught by
Eknath Easwaran; writing in his book "Meditation, " he advises us to
spend thirty minutes every morning in meditation repeating the Prayer of
St. Francis. In saying this prayer we both transcend the ego and invite
the sacred self to guide us throughout the day. I invite you to join me
in this daily prayer as we share the path of the sacred quest.

The Prayer of St. Francis

Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.

O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
It is in dying to self that we are born to eternal life.

Dancing into Truth


I am spirit on Earth and I dedicate myself to channelling Love and
Truth into my life.


I am a source of Light in the living body of creation ever growing in
Unity with all as the Universe and I flow harmoniously in change
together.


Love is my Nature, Truth is my Will.


The essential masculine and feminine principles as the God and

all that I am.


I feel my connection with all facets of this Universe -- The Earth,
the water, the sky, plants, animals, spirits and other beings.


The divine within me recognizes and appreciates the divine within
you. My mind is a messenger bearing inspiration and intuition.


I am sincere, I honor my word, and I fulfill the responsibilities I
choose. In perfect Love and perfect trust, I share the Truth within
me.


Life's experiences reflect my behavior as the web of cause and effect
constantly reminds me of my path; whatever I send out returns
magnified.


I use this feedback to stay in tune with my environment. I am
healthy, happy and free as Earth's abundance provides for all my
needs.


I celebrate the cycles of change and recognize illness, adversity and
confusion as opportunities to grow in wisdom and understanding.


Realizing the grace of the divine within I laugh, sing and dance in
the everpresent now.


I am birthing a new magical being within myself as part of the
planetary transformation of consciousness and evolution of homo
sapiens into homo veritas, true human.


Be - become God-dess. I am - we are.

Personal Power is not about controlling anyone or anything. It is the
interaction of the various thought processes of your personality that allows
your true self to shine through. Personal power is the willingness to make the
choice of self-discovery and choose which reality you wish to foster and
activate in your life.

It is a choice to take control of the self by identifying emotions, actions and
reactions to build strength and confidence with a deeper meaning to one's life.
Personal Power is an attitude and state of mind that takes discipline and
practice in order to achieve true wisdom.

This Sunday, Sybrina Fulton  will wake up to her first Mother's Day without her
son, Trayvon Martin.

And as devastating as the past few months have been, this day will be 
especially hard. No mom should have to bear that burden on Mother’s Day.

I nearly lost my own daughter, Emily, when she was shot at the Virginia  Tech
Massacre five years ago. And I’ve met far too many mothers like Sybrina  whose
children never made it home. Every day, 34 sons and daughters are lost to 
senseless acts of gun violence.

We may not be able to bring their  children back, but we can support them.
That’s why I’m helping gather signatures  for a special Mothers’ Day card
for Trayvon’s mom, and every mother mourning a  child killed by gun violence
this year.
