Subject:  guidance

Guidance

When I meditated on the word "guidance", I kept seeing"dance"
at the end of the word. I remember reading that doing God's will is
a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't
flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.
When one person relaxes and lets the other lead,
both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps
with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another.

It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully.
The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one
person and gentle guidance and skill from the other.
My eyes drew back to the word guidance.
When I saw "G," I thought of God, followed by "u" and "i."
God, "u" and "I" dance.
God, you and I dance.

This statement is what guidance means to me. As I
lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get
guidance about my life.
Once again, I became willing to let God lead.

Hello My Friends:)

I just wanted to let you all know that I have not been on-line much for
the past couple of weeks due to some health problems.

We think I may have a bad gallbladder. I went to the dr Wednesday and
again today. My blood work came back negative infection, white blood
cells were fine, I am not anemic this month:), even my platelets are at
an all time high of 148,000, thats great for me, I normally run
98,000-112,000, with 122,000 being a high count for me.

I hae been in ALOT of pain for the past month+ and this week has been
the worse! The dr says if my temperature reaches more than 101°, or if
my pain is more than the pain pills can help, or (my favorite---not) I
find myself driving the porcelean bus (to put it nicely) than I am to
call the triog(sp) nurse.

My normal temp is 97.6° and for the past month it has been running
99.8°-100°. I just wish they would remove my gallbladder and put me
out of my misery!

So, please keep me in your prayers and if I do need it removed I will
have my daughter write and let you know or you just won't hear from me
for a few days:)

SOUL FOOD

I love the taste of T-bone steak, Delicious every bite,
But there's nothing like the Word of God,
For my spiritual appetite.

The Word of God has milk and meat,

Cover that with contentment,
Then add some joy for strength.

Let's have love for dessert,
Jesus made this dish,
Cream of joy and piece together,
Sift out all the selfishness.

Add some deeds of righteousness,
Enough to make it sweet.
Humility is the frosting,
That makes the dish complete.

Or are you on a diet,
Cause the race seems hard to run.
For a weight losing menu,
try Hebrews 12 and 1.

Are you suffering from malnutrition,
And don't know what to do?
Your spiritual growth seems hindered,

I have the first book mentioned by Dr Blaylock about "Exitotoxins". It
convicted me to stop giving James the Nutrasweet Kool-aid. I witnessed an
immediate dramatic change in his behavior & health. I can confirm that I have
read other articles claiming that diet drinks are anything but diet because
they make you hungry. I have known several people that reported violent
reactions to diet drinks sweetened with Nutrasweet.

I just wanted to say "THANK YOU!!!!" to everyone for their prayers,
within one-half hour of sending out my letter saying I was having
problems I started feeling better. I even had a GREAT nights sleep!
