Neighbors and Friends,
The Board’s understanding is that 39 Sydney Drive is currently in a holding pattern for foreclosure. As you are aware the front lawn area is in desperate need of attention. The crows have eaten all of the front lawn in their search for grubs and the flower beds need tending to.
The board has already worked on trying to make the front lawn green, we planted some grass seed, and I have raked and started to clean up the flower beds and tidy up the front. It is a bigger job than I thought and unfortunately I have not made great headway increasing its appearance for all of us to look at.

The bigger, more important concern is that of the financial impact this distressed looking lawn/home area has on all of our properties.
I have been approached by several neighbors who have expressed their interest and willingness to help me clean up the front yard, gardens and porch area. It was suggested that I send out an invitation to all of the neighbors to ask if they would be willing to help in anyway and then schedule a “39 Sydney Drive clean up day”. As with all things, the more helping hands the faster it goes.

Upon their suggestion I am forwarding this message to each of you our neighbors for your consideration to join in and help if you can.
