Hmmmm. I'm surprised that your Stake didn't turn it over to the FM Group to
manage this for you. But, when you and your HighCouncil rep received the
notice from Salt Lake to proceed, they must not have mentioned using the FM
I was surprised because usually the staff mechanic can run the phone line
and install the jack. Then the only cost is to activate the line.
I wonder what our Stakes here will do...
