As the days last beams of light fade into the darkness of a cold
winters night. I sit here and feel all that concerns me rolling over
my flesh. Saddness and joy rushing around me like a twister. Gently
stroking my arms.
I wish upon this evening that all those around the world who only
find negativity with each other could simply find content. Let each
other live as they wish, and to open a hand out to help others,
instead of closing the hand into a fist. I wish they could turn anger
I wish that all those who go to bed this night hungry will awaken to
a warm meal. That the droughts will subside away and allow the fields
of wheat, rice, and barley to grow abundant. That a starving baby
will no milk from its mother. That a tear and a cry should never be
heard because of ones stomach is empty.
I wish upon that moon which is arrising that all those who are
dependent on alcohol, drugs, food, sex, anything. That they find a
helping answer and cure. That they make come off the need slowly and
calmly, so that life becomes beautiful once more. And that all those
who are friends and loved by them can heal there hurts.
I wish upon the breeze flowing over me, that time will slow down
enough so all those who are having a hard time with life, could learn
to enjoy everything it has to offer. To show them the beauty of a
flower, and the artwork of the clouds. The joy of just watching a
bird fly in the sky. I humor of observing a baby smile and laugh. The
happiness a big comfortable feather pillow has when laying on the
floor. The taste of a handgrown watermellon to the taste of water
from a spring.
I wish upon my friends that they find happiness and love. That each
day that goes on from now, they only recieve smiles and hugs. That
all harsh and negative intentions be transformed before they are
sent. That healings occure, and problems fade away. That the joy of
spirit, becomes thier very soul.
I wish this dark starry night, that all the creatures of Mother Earth
be happy. From the small hard working ant. To the giant swimming
whale. From the high flying eagle. The slithering hiding snake. To
the night flwing bats, To the mischievious raccoon which visits me at
the wee hours of the morning. To the neighborhood cats who visit and
love me uncontitionally. To the dogs who come over to play. From the
owl who hoots in the night to let me no all is well. To the bee's
awaiting the warmth to come out and make the plant kingdom blossom
I wish this night that the morning comes with calm. And that all
those who awaken and go forth show only honor and kindness to all.
Peace & Blessed Be
