I passed through the junction of O'Connell Bridge & Eden Quay about
30 minutes before the protest. It was gridlock all the way to
Busaras. Problem was caused by too many single-occupant cars & poor
lane discipline. Is the Dept of Environment HQ in the Customs House?
They should have a good view from there?
