Basically the Zombi is the same as the animted skeletton. It has just a body that is not decayed to the same degree yet. In game terms this means that the zombi will be one point tougher then the skeletton nut thats all.
A Necormancer may deploy up to 4 Zombie / Skeletton groups with each 5 to 10 models in it. (Thats pretty much but thats the idea of a Necromancer / Zombiemaster, right?)
Due that these creatures are undead and feel no fear nor pain I would also asume that they cannot be affected by Terrifing Aura (I asume them minor undead that wont cause a Terrifining Aura by themselfes) and wont be pinned.
* Slow Charge (additonal speed is only 3" instead of 5")
* Tough -> one re-roll of failed DR check
* May not use weapons (the model may have a weapon but eventually it does not matter for damage porpose due that these minor undead do not raly know how to fight with it)
Str: 2 (3 in case of a Zombie)
DR Pool: 3 (4 in case of a Zombie)
Vitality: Henchmen (5 Models)
Please give me some feedback about my idea

Lich can be a mummy priest, can use the henchmen as zombie types.
But these are good ideas. I especially like the "hands of death".

If the spell is sucessfull the model will become a Zombi / Skeletton under the Necromancers controll ... permanently. All possesions of the model are lost.
