I grew up in Mexico, MO (Troop 57) and we went down to Ha Ha Tonka State Park at the Lake of the Ozarks a couple of times hiking. I don't think any one trail is 10 miles but by the time you do the big loop trail, hike down to the spring and up to the castle I'm sure its over 10 miles. They used to have a Scout camp area and a backcountry camping area on the long trail when went there.
I believe Rock Bridge State Park in Columbia also has a long trail but I don't remember the exact mileage.
Cuivre River State Park near Troy, MO has a bunch of longer trails as well and is surprising scenic.
I think I hiked the Cedar Creek trails once in high school. I think we slept in a big cave but don't remember much in the way of scenery, just a trail through the woods.
