Found this really interesting. I don't agree completely with everything, but hey, at least he has a solid plan with specifics and it seems that it really can be done. Sana matuloy na nga.

Hi fellow friends of Mar member.
Mar Roxas' take on Education: http://www.marroxas.com/features/education-problems-and-solutions/
A controversial (in my opinion) excerpt:
Elite private school children receive 11 years. The global norm is 12. Did you know that the Philippines is the only country in Asia, and one of the three remaining countries in the world, to have only 10 years of basic education? We can’t expect to cram, in
10 years, what our more advanced neighbors go through in 12 and still expect good results.
The post is a few days old, but I was just able to read it now. Ang haba kasi hehe Pero maraming interesting points, and I doubt the problem and the suggested solution could have been presented in a more simple yet still comprehensive way. Kudos talaga sa ating VP! Ibang klaseng clarity of thought. Nakakinggit. Anyway, hope you take time to check it out and share it with your friends as well. (Wala pa akong time magsulat ng constructive na comment. Sana kayo meron hihihihi)
