Information Architecture: The Right Content for your Audience
We will tackle the problems that senior-level documentation professionals face day to day, such as organizing information, targeting information to specific audiences, and reviewing information products for usability. Through exercises, case studies, and discussions, we'll explore the editor's role as an information architect, user advocate, quality expert, teacher, and mentor. Please bring your lunch. About the instructor: Judith Tarutz has more than 30 years' experience in technical editing and writing, including developing publishing processes and formulating editorial policy and standards.
